Firestone Complete Auto Care, Mesa AZ

I purchased tires they put them on and scratched up my rims pretty badly. I went back and the manager told me what do you want us to do about it? He argued with me telling me my rims weren't prepared correctly and that it was peel off paint and they weren't going to prep them and redo them. After arguing for a few min he told me to bring it in and they will fix what they messed up and it would take an hour. 3 hours later it was done. I had to finish the missed spots they missed. After getting the tires put on and messing up the rims, they FORGOT to do the front end alignment and to bring it back the next day. After the alignment was done I was still all over the road. Checked my tire pressure and they all were WAY OFF! One was 43 one was 38, one was 31, the other was 32! I guess they don't check tire pressure when they mount the tires! I took it back AGAIN for the correct psi! The alignment is still off i mad an appointment and my car sits there for 2 1/2 hours nothing was done to it! I called, the manager tells me there was no appointment for me at 1pm and I come in the store throw the keys at him tells him there's something wrong with it and I walked out! All LIES! PISS POOR SERVICE and NEVER WILL I TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THESE IDIOTS! The manager is a liar and I feel because I'm a woman I'm stupid or something! I dont appreciate spending over $1,000.00 in CASH to be treated like this!

Robert was extremely helpful. I went in for an oil change and will be back for tires. The oil change was very competitive

Jason is the best! I take any issues with my car or wife's car to him. I just had all 4 tires replaced on my wife's suv and 2 on my own car also. Amazing and honest service! 5 stars are bit enough!

Amazing service! Most honest car shop I have ever been too! Went in with a huge list of things wrong and was told everything was fine and all I needed was a oil change. I have been back now 3 times and will only come here from now on.

Went in for an oil change and asked them specifically not to mess with my window that is broken but stuck all the way up closed. Apparently that was far too much of a request because when I got my car back the window was stuck half way down now and unable to be pulled up. So not only did they go ahead and mess with my window against my wishes, they also broke it even worse and now i have to drive with an open window in Arizona summer. I'm so angry. I would rather have paid for them not to have done anything or to go back in time so my window was stuck down in this damn heat.

Very rude and unprofessional, all I asked was I need an alignment cuz I got new tires, the guy gives me third degree and tells me why didn't I purchase it from them so I can't do your alignment unless you leave the car with me all day.
As a mechanic I rate the shop a f****** 0.

These are the only people I trust with my car. I must admit, wasn't too happy when Fletcher sold their store, but they retained some of the same people. You have a great crew Firestone and that is why I continue to go there

They always take care of my family at this location. The workers have been there a long time and aren't newbies. They always add on a coupon even when you don't have one. Good people all around.

Great guys went to another Firestone and my tire was split in half and they put it back on and let me drive away pulled into this one and they noticed what happened and replaced tire free of charge because of the hazard the other Firestone put me and my kids in and all the false information on warranty that they gave me. All my business will come to this location from now on

I can’t thank Brian and Marcus enough. My husband is actually a mechanic but his shop is in downtown phoenix and doesn’t do tires so when I had a flat almost at 7 they still helped me out. Great people, great atmosphere and a clean shop. Thank you guys for helping me out!

The first time they put me on hold for like 15 mins. I drove up on hold. Walked in. Saw no one for 10 mins then they answered after I'd driven away. Also they weren't able/willing to do an alignment adjustment as promised over the phone. I'll try calling other locations to see if they have a tech with the confidence to do what I need.

Service is great. Prices are comparable to their competitors. The staff at the front counter actively listen to your concerns and there is a warranty on the work they do at any firestone.

I had a good experience with Firestone, representive was courteous, friendly, well versed and polite. Have nothing negative about my visit and the service which I received.

They forgot to put brake fluid back in my car after new pads were added. That could have easily killed me. I hope this place is shut down and may god have mercy on whoever has to deal with these shady, incompetent employees.

I picked up a screw in my tire on my way home from work. It was late. They took great care of me, patched my tire and I was on my way even before they closed. I am so happy. What great customer service! Thank you!

This one place is a joke. I dropped my truck off at 9: 30 am to get my oil changed and went home until it was done because they did not know when they would get it done. I called at 5: 30 pm to check on it and they told me they are working on it and they will call me when it’s done. I got no call so I had to pay for Lyft to take me back and they are closed and truck is locked inside.

Went to discount tire to get a tire patched and waited an hour for them to tell me they couldn't repair it. So went to this location an was very please, they assured me they could fix it and they did.

Adam was very helpful and did great work on my vehicle. The shop was busy yet clean and the employees were all working hard. I was very happy with the total cost with the amount of work completed and the amount of time it was finished in. I would definitely continue to bring my vehicles to this location in the future. These guys are awesome. I'm just mad i have to rely on someone else to do what I know how to do but can't. I don't have a problem letting people know. Jason handled me in the utmost classy way. Not only that but his partner there come and got me and showed me what problems I had so I could see for myself. THAT'S Badass. Thanks guys I'm sold.
