We have had some absolute awful luck over the years with our cars, and we are so very fortunate to have finally found some honest mechanics! Robert and Jason offer excellent and personable customer service, which stands on it's own apart from their impecible work and vast knowledge/experience. All around, this is the best place you can go for anything your vehicle might need. We have gone in for tires, batteries, tune ups, oil changes, repairs, you name it. We have never been disappointed. Thank you Robert and Jason and the Firestone crew!

Went in there to get a trailer tire replaced tonight. They don't carry any inventory! Back to Discount Tires!

Rob and his staff are always professional and friendly. It may not always be what you want to hear about the problems with your car, but they will be honest and thorough. Great guys always, and an excellent deal for what you get.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited for hours just to get a simple brake pad replacement and oil change. Literally took until after they closed. Then, they screwed up my brakes and i had to use my emergency brake when i went home because I could barely stop. Went back to have them correct their mistake and the guy who originally "tested" my car made a bunch of excuses and made me feel like I was crazy. Totally don't recommend this because of their lack of care.

Love these guys! They are all so very personable and super-sweet guys! I go here for my oil change everytime, and they never disappoint! Misplaced my coupon this last time, and they were nice enough to redeem it for me anyways! Thanks guys! You'll never know how much that meant to me!

These guys are awesome! Now that they are part of the Firestone team it's even better. My car was done in less time and for less money than I expected.

I always feel rushed and like this place is slightly sneaky. I bought a groupon which seemed like a good but not outrageous deal. On top of the groupon price, there was a $6 fee. In the end, I saved $2 per oil change. Not really worth the hassle and not worth going out of my way.

Amazing service! Most honest car shop I have ever been too! Went in with a huge list of things wrong and was told everything was fine and all I needed was a oil change. I have been back now 3 times and will only come here from now on.

Their service has seemed fine but they are always backed up and getting a deal done seems to be harder than it should be.
