Very professional and knowledgeable team definitely explained everything thourough. My to go place now for my vehicle. Highly recommended for any mechanical needs.

Called them to install a new ignition. Was quoted 2 to 4 hundred. After they did the work they said 607.72. The manager insisted that the quote was 550.00 when had he said that we would have used someone else.

When we got the car back, the ignition key was different that the door and trunk lock. And only one ignition key was provided. I called the manager David, and was told that they could not rekey the ignition to the old key so we would need to get a locksmith to rekey the car.

This is the worst repair shop I have ever had experience with. They only did half of the job and when it was brought to their attention, was treated like we got your money go away.

If you are thinking about using Firestone auto care on Guadeloupe and Alma School road in Mesa be prepared to be overcharged for substandard work.

Came to this one and the guys here tried to charge us 200$ more than what it was supposed to be. Went to another location and they quoted us 200$ less!

Would give 0 if possiable. Made an appointment to get a new tire put on a rental car. Upon arrival was quoted 1.5 hours to replace one tire even with an appointment! Customers came and went with and without an appointment. Three hours later I was given the keys got in the truck and the low tire light was still on! ONE tire took three hours with an appointment and it was not fixed properly.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve been going to Firestone for years, never had an issue until today. Called 2 times last week to schedule an oil change. Originally set it for Friday but called back and rescheduled for today Sunday at 11. Talked to the same gentleman both times, when I called the second time he knew right away what vehicle I was calling for and pulled my account up AGAIN right away. Well today went in for my appointment and they say I don’t have an appointment and they can’t even find me in the system at all. Had to recreate an account and leave my car all day? ! They also said they’d call me when it was ready. I had to call half an hour before close to check the status and come to find out it has been done for about an hour if not more. This has been such an inconvenient experience as it is our only vehicle and we had to Uber back and forth which is why we preferred to schedule an appointment and wait in the first place! Again I’ve been going to firestone for YEARS and by far today was the most disappointing and worst experience.

This place sucks 3 people talked to me and all gave me different prices and I gave them a 10-15 min job and they took 3 days to finish it when they told me 2 hrs beware don’t go here! Especially Don’t talk to David

I love Firestone! They fixed the A/C in my car in a timely mannor and didn't say I have all these other BS problems wrong with my car. It was a little expensive, but I'm not complaining it works great. They were honest about what was wrong with it and did it quick. Shout out to David he was very friendly! Definitely recommend and will go back again for future services. Never going elsewhere. I trust these guys and they're friendly and that's hard to come across.

I've used this place for years. So here is the deal. Good prices if you know what you need. They WILL upsell you at every chance. The mechanics seem to be bottom of the barrel but there are a few good ones. They get 3 stars instead of 2 because they will refund you if they mess up. I'd recommend if you have easy repair.

Stopped here after getting a complete flat from a pot hole. The guys came and looked at the tire right away. He asked how much time I had. I told him I was in a hurry because I had to take my mom to her appointment. They guy suggest I let him put on the spare and that way I would make it to my moms appointment. He said once was done to come back and he would have my tire ready! Very fast and friendly service. Thank you guys!

****UPDATE, below initial review. ****

8 hours later. I am using my customer invoice for the listed times.

I recently went to Firestone to have my tires rotated and aligned. I dropped my car off at 850AM, and was told that it would probably take around an hour to complete the job. It is worth noting that they do an inspection of your oil, brakes, etc.any time you bring your car in.

At approximately 1000AM, I received a phone call from David indicating that my power steering hoses were leaking, and that my oil indicator was at 15%, would I like these issues fixed? I change my own oil, I just have not reset the sensor, and he offered to have that done for me. As for the power steering, he gave me a quote, and I said go ahead and take care of it.

At approximately 1145AM, I went back to the shop to check on the status of my vehicle. I could see that my Honda was up on the rack, and was informed by David that the parts were coming from the dealership. At 200PM I was told that an O-ring needed to be replaced, and that the part was on the way. By 300 PM I decided to get an Uber so I could continue on with my day. Around 530PM, I received a phone call saying my car was ready, and picked it up at 548PM.

The oil indicator was not reset, and my invoice said "oil life 15%". This is interesting because if someone were to actually check my oil dipstick, they would see that I have clean motor oil. This leads me to believe they only go off of what the sensors say.

I do not have a problem dropping my vehicle off for an entire day, but just tell me upfront. Either that or take care of the services I initially came in for, and then set me up with an appointment so I can come in and have the other items done in a reasonable amount of time. It felt like I was being penciled in around everyone else, and it was overall a disappointing experience.

8 hours earned me a bill of $186 for two hoses, a tire rotation, and alignment, plus an additional $20 in Uber rides to get where I needed to go. My recommendation would be to make an appointment and stick to what it is for.

****UPDATE****

I received a phone call from David today in regards to my earlier review. He was very apologetic to my situation, and offered a free credit for future services at Firestone. I really appreciate this, and will continue to choose their business for my auto needs.

When I walked into the store I was quickly greeted with great customer service. Each and every person I came in contact with helped tremendously. I enjoyed my experience and the service was quick. Thank you to the team for the amazing work and fast services. The manager was very attentive and ensured that I was being helped. He is on top of his game with knowledge of the products and amazing customer service!

I had my power steering pump changed at another shop on Saturday, 2/9/2019. Was very happy at the end of service and went for a drive for a couple of hours. Noticed huge puddles everywhere I stopped. Sunday I took it in to Firestone and they diagnosed the high pressure hose was leaking at the crimp on fitting. Replaced and confirmed no further leaks. I realize these break over time but Firestone being one of the few garages open on Sunday makes their services irreplaceable. Thank you.

I had an amazing expirience at this Location. Due to a mechanical error from another shop I was hesitant to have my car taken care of at a big name dealer. David the Manager was patient and understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly and that I was comfortable with everything being done. He listened as I expressed my concerns and even triple checked before completing the repairs. He kept me updated and even showed me where my issues was. Very happy and will be returning.

They do a Great job! They were servicing my son car & they have worked on my car before. Very honest company! They have even told me no charge when they couldn't find anything wrong. Can't beat that! Love their service refer them to everyone I know! Keep up the Great Work!

Super Knowledgeable, Great Customer Service. Had an indicator light on for a flat on my 4Runner. Had been told by several shops that it was a broken pressure monitor, and would need replacement. These guys took one look at my vehicle, and asked when the last time the spare had been aired up. Put some air in the spare, which was low, and the light went off. Sent me home for free. 2nd time this shop has hit a homerun with my family's vehicles. They will get ALL of our business henceforth.

Wants to charge me 3 times the price it would cost to make the repairs to my car. Also in the inspection they checked off that my washer fluid is good. But I DONT HAVE ANY WASHER FLUID! Makes me think they didnt really inspect the other stuff they check marked!
