I have lived in the area for 25 + years had a horrible experience like 18 years ago and swore I would never go back.but I believe in second chances.went back today and they had the same shitty customer service and rude people working there.the the guy could not listen to what my problem was.all he said was make appointment. Left there went to Sundevil auto on Baseline.they tightened my brake light took 2 minutes and I was on my way. Go To Sundevil Auto they rock

After a very emotional and stressful day, I had my van towed to this store. I was greeted with a welcoming smile by Shawn. Shawn, David and Juan went above and beyond customer service to make my day. I left with so much weight off my shoulders from their amazing customer service. I cannot recommend this store enough for their amazing service.

Well, Nick, Branden and Bree where all amazing. I've been going to that location for years and almost every time I go, it's new faces. I wish this crew would be permanent because, it would be nice to deal with a familiar face every time I go in there with my two cars.

Called ahead to ask about wait time and was told 2 hours at most. Arrived and was scolded for not making an appointment (even though they could have told me this on the phone 5 minutes earlier). Wait time changed to "indefinite". Decided to go elsewhere.
