After 5 years. All of sudden my ac is not covered.but the service rep said it was my fault.for thinking it was covered considering I never changed my policy.their a joke.first time I used them I had to pay $400 out of pocket for my water heater.and had to stay with out hot water for 2 weeks.now they want to change my coverage to be covered by august 1st.with no ac in az.if I could give them zero stars I would
