Such a bad move to pick this for the HOA. My community has had it since may of this year. Work orders don't get sent out, they don't answer your calls, don't reply to emails, and they make it seem like it is the landscaping companies that don't do their job. I used to be a branch manager for a landscape company and everything thing done in the community is up to HOA management. The community board members are the ones to blame for choosing FRS. My community is not being reseeded because the board members and HOA management decided not to. I want to also say sorry to the landscapers because they get all the anger thrown at them. They do what they are told to do. Thats all.

First Service is the worst - wish our HOA used a different company. They can't process payments in a timely manner, if you pay ahead they don't apply the payment and then turn around and try to charge you for the payment already made. Plus, they tell you the amount showing on your account is what they send to the HOA, even when its wrong. First Service is the worst.

Is unacceptable the way the do business, first I never receive my bill then they send me a last attempt to charge me like they send me anything before. I give up for them to send me the bill so i tried to do automatic payment and they are charging me for that, so that is a no go. Then you call and you need to wait 30 minutes for them to answer. Is seems they do not want you to pay on time so they can make extra money!
