I got the full service Xpress wash and the machine did not do a good job they came out with dirty area still in the car, Many things that were left that I could wipe off with my finger the manager blew me off and act like I didn’t matter that’s the best it’s gonna get, I won’t do it again

I paid for the full service Xpress wash in the car came out with dirty areas, when I tried to talk to the manager he acted like it didn’t matter it’s as good as you’re gonna get won’t be getting that again

Been going to this location on McClintock and Guadalupe for about a year. Sam and his crew do an awesome job every time I take my vehicle.

The store on McClintock in Tempe DO NOT GO THERE! This is the worse place I have ever been in my life! The owner is rude and I had to call the cops to get my truck back. My 18 year old daughter took my truck there to get it washed for me and I spoke with the manager and he was cool and understood what I wanted and approved everything. When my daughter went inside to pay the owner refused to let her pay because it was my card. I called him and told him it was okay she had my permission. He refused to let my daughter leave with my truck when I told him never mind give my daughter the keys back. He said NO and then hurried up and put my truck through the wash so he could then charge me $115 (I did not get $115 worth of service btw). The cops said it was extortion and he could not do that. The employees saw what he did and they all felt bad and said they were sorry for the way the owner was acting. I would not let anyone go there to get their car washed!

Great service, had my jeep done and the did an amazing job. I was really impressed with the attention to detail even for just a top tier wash.

Support local owned businesses and visit this place! They detailed my car perfectly and even got the adhesive from a sticker on my bumper off. They are awesome. Show your military ID and get a discount.

This place does a wonderful job I recommend this place to everybody especially management is real friendly and real helpful I love this place

I got the Ultimate package for $32.99. Interior was done great but my exterior. I had bugs on the front of my car which many are still there, chrome was not wiped clean, and tires still dirty. For that much, I expect ALL bugs to be cleaned off my car, not some! I'm very upset and didn't notice till I left. This isn't acceptable and buyer beware. Walk around car before you leave! Not worth the $32.99 price tag! Not a happy customer.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I promise you will completely waste your and be extremely pissed after. Terrible customer service, attitude from the checkout lady as if I was stupid, again in every aspect they suck. I paid for a mid level job and the didn’t even take out the Matt’s to vacuum. Sooooooo much more to say.

Not overly impressed. Had to re-clean my car myself. Dash wasn't wiped off. Exterior had water marks.

Professional and courteous. They leave my cars, trucks, and SUVs looking and smelling like they were fresh off the lot. Well worth the yearly membership if you find yourself on the fence concerning such matters.

Horrible customer service. Brought my truck in for a wash they were rude from when I pulled up till I left waited 10 minutes for the cashier to come inside so I could pay while she was outside chatting was one of the employees. I will not be back and will let all my other friends know not to go there as well

Avoid this place like the plague! Paid $40 for a hand wash for my truck. Exterior was decent. However, they did not touch the interior except for a vacuum. Dust and dirt everywhere. Sand still in the cup holders from a Mexico trip. For $40 I would expect at least a once over with a cloth for the interior.

Terrible job. They washed my car but did not vacuum my car. I called the same day and they said okay to return later that week, since I work. When I returned, they were rude and stated they can not redo it since the receipt was not signed. Pedro was rude and needs to learn customer service skills. I did not ask for repeat car wash, just request what was missed- just vacuum! If you dare go there, just confirm the work you paid for is completed.

Purchased 79.95 was was told it would be machine waxed. Came back and they hand waxed it and still charged me 80 I stead of 50. I had amazig service previously. But will never go back again.

Bait and switch rip off

After sitting in their empty lot for 5 minutes, a worker came out and said he's be with me in a second. As we walked by a second time, he put in his headphones and pretended not to notice me. I stayed for another minute or two with no service.

1/5 did not wash car.

Warning: Shady deal with Groupon. They would not honor the amount I paid for my Groupon that expired. Fine print states they will apply the amount paid for Groupon to new purchase however the manager would not honor.
