Francis & Sons Car Wash, Tempe AZ

Drove up in car. Waited a long time for the person to write up the ticket for the wash. Employee had a smart mouth and tried to charge $2.00 extra for the wash. I will be having my car washed somewhere else in the future. Also, waiting area hasn’t been cleaned or painted in years.

I love this carwash! Been coming here for years It's been through a few management restructuring, but this last restructure seems to be one of the better fits. The quality's what I want and they CONSISTENTLY PROVIDE me with that time after time. If I want speed and sub-standard work I will go to Cobelstone

I was just looking for an inexpensive drive through wash and they let me do that there at their full service car wash and towel dried it afterwards:)

This car wash has had a lot of owners in the 10 years that Ive gone here. My car always looks and smells great and the staff are friendly, work hard and do a good job but the store inside looks terrible.and just forget about using the bathroom. Hold it and run to another business near by because I think they honestly are violating health codes. Disgusting!

This place is horrible, they have some guy lingering around waiting to hassle you about your windshield glass. I know he has to make a living but if I've said no 4 times, I should not have to say it 3 more times that I do not want the service. I'm just looking to get my wash and leave. If you like to be hassled, then this is the place for you. I'm surprised that this place has stayed open for so long. Don't waste your time.

I had to finish cleaning the car myself once I got home. They left trash in the car and it looked like the sides weren't wiped down. I will not go here again.

Got the VIP and they didn't vacuum good.
Got home and had to finish cleaning the rims.
They forgot tire dressing and my air freshener.

Don't go here if you have a standard transmission the drivers damn near burnt my clutch and dropped my transmission driving it out of wash!

I got my car detailed here on Sunday and they gave me my car back an hour later than they stated it would be completed. This isn't so much the issue. They gave me my car back literally soaking wet. My rugs were dripping water the day after. Now my car has a very delightful wet carpet odor that I can't eradicate. I would avoid this place at all costs. Not worth your time or money.

Really bad, they didn't even vacuum or put a Sent in my car (water spots all over) they didn't even wipe down my Consol ; (
I'm very disappointed.

They wash my car just like 50 other places I could have gone. The pricing is more than average and they always try to force an "up sell" of some kind. Once they offered me a window repair and today they pushed for carpet detailing.
How about you wash and vacuum the car in a speedy enough way that makes me want to return.
Every time I'm here I regret it. After I use up this gift card they won't see me again.

Gentlemen at the basic drive thru car wash was super rude and annoyed just because I didn't understand what he wanted me to do.

This car wash was one of the best I've ever been to! I couldn't believe how well they cleaned, not only my car, but the inside dashboard and floors. I will definitely go back there!

Horrible! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Paid for the "VIP" package and when I got in my car none of trash was removed, they didn't even remove the water bottles to clean the cup holders. Total waste of time and money.

The people are hard workers but the place looks like crap to put it nicely. The tunnel doesn't do a good job so the workers have to work twice as hard to scratch my paint. Drying a dirty vehicle is like using sandpaper on a clean one
