Fry's Food And Drug, Phoenix AZ

I'm normally not one to complain about a grocery store, especially a store my wife and i have been frequenting for 24 years. I like caffeine free diet coke and when you run your 4 for $10 sale i'm on it. The last 3 times i've been there, i fill my cart up in order to reach the $25 worth of food and i get to the coke aisle and the coke product shelf is full but no caffeine free diet coke. So i leave and go straight to albertson's. They are a little more expensive but i get what i want. Fix this or i will continue to shop your competitor.

I can't allow your refusal to enforce the city mask ordinance to potentially affect the health of those at risk people I shop for.
When I called I was told you can't watch everyone while they are shopping. You could refuse to serve those who don't "Mask Up".
I will be avoided my long time favorite store to protect my health and that of those I shop for.

Didnt know I didnt bring my bike lock in my bag today and when I got to frys for baby food, they could not accommodate me. I showed up at 6 am, as per my sleep schedual, so there weren't but one or 2 people shopping. Idk what happened to human kindness, but I was told I have 5 minutes to get my stuff and get out. Their words
But I wasn't going to leave my $1000 schwinn outside for even five minutes, and I left.

I dont understand how you hire people for customer service when they have no customer service skills. Including the managers! Next time one of your employees disrespects my family, simply because they are stressed out, I will be on the phone with corporate. And someone will lose a job.:)

Very unusual customer service on Jan 2 2020 1: pm asking for help with my self check out rejected me when I asking, I’m upset and waking out he said to me thank you. Unprofessional. Use to be the best location for me, sad

They Racially Profile you at this location & treat you like a criminal even though you are a paying customer. Worst Frys location in all of Arizona etc. I would give a negative rating if it was possible.

I've shop this store for over 20 years, and listed will be the latest issues I've had. Arrived at the butcher selected a ribeye roast, requested it to be cut in steaks. When I got home I noticed I was charged $5.47 a pound. No where was it listed in the meat case of the upcharge for cutting the roast in steaks. Management would not correct. Due to the paper ad addressed listed the up charge. Be smarter then me and verify the lb.cost. Up charging your costomers, without proper notification. Shame on you! Seems as the butcher is now charging for cuts, and may be charging for grinding meat! Beware of the schemes being placed.

If i could give a negative rating i would in a heart beat. The staff is rude and racist. They accused me of stealing when i went inside to buy 5 hot wheel cars because they had a special and when i went to check out they approached me and down talked me like I was a criminal so i emptied all my pockets which had my phone charger, my phone & my wallet. I also took my jacket off and after the manager realized she was Wrong she wanted to backtrack to try to save face. Down right the Worst experience at a Frys and ive been shopping at frys for years but after today i no longer will be spending my money at Fry's.

Fuel center put TWO $100 holds on my card for $20 in gas. I have used this card plenty of times in the last 5 years as both credit and debit and never had a hold until now. And $200? Never again. Also in that same day had a bagger put bleach with food in same bag. Prices seem to be going up too.
I'm done.

Rudest Manager I have ever witnessed. Not sure what's happening in her personal life. However, total disregard for customers, customer service, personal interaction is extremely unacceptable of a Store Manager. After several years of this being my go to grocery store I will be finding another store to shop at.

After returning home from a visit to your store at 43rd and Cactus I looked at the receipt and noticed I had payed more for an item then the sign at the store stated. I called to check and was transferred to 5 different employees. The 5th and last employee belittled me and stated My item did not exist as Mason only makes canning jars. I purchased a bakeware set made by MASON. I finally persuaded her to walk to the back of the store where the item was on sale a look for her self. She came back and told me we were now on the same page. I said we are not on the same page and wanted her to apologize, she refused and when I asked her for her name she told me to come into the store and hung up the phone. I asked my wife how much she spends at your store and was told roughly $500.00 - $700.00 not counting gas

Store has been going downhill for years.
Deli is terrible and most of the staff can’t help you.
Tend to be to busy talking or on their cell phones

I've been going to Fry's Food and drug for over 40 years I like the price in the quality of their food over the years I've had a couple of issues but they've always been taken care of at the store about the only thing I don't care for for Fry's Food stores is the fact they voted the unions out their Pharmacy is the only one I use for all of my prescriptions

This is my new neighborhood frys. I feel like it used to be cleaner and better functioning but nevertheless it’s a good frys. I do most of my shopping here and I have no complaints about staff or food. I use the self checkout all the time and wherever I need help I get it. Staff has been great and helpful.

The pharmacy staff isn’t very friendly to start off with, any time I call or pick up my script, the person seems bothered to be working there. Not good customer service. Also, my refills are never ready when I call to check the status. It reads right on the script how often I’m meant to have them and the staff always seems surprised it wasn’t filled. I don’t know, call me crazy but there should be a way to fix that issue? Who knows. Very disappointing service.

The sushi taste super fresh and look super professional. They always have a sale and the staff is more than willing to make an order for you on the spot or you can pick something up already made. They have Ramune in several flavors including Peach, Orange, lychee, and strawberry to name a few. This Sushi is better than I've had in most restaurants.

I wish I could give this Fry's 5 starts because it's my go to grocery store for the most part anyways.it's organized clean and most of the workers are nice but yesterday I encountered a employee named Maria who was very rude to me and I'm not a sensitive person nor am I the type of person to nitpick or judge someone but she should not be behind their customer service counter she should probably be a greeter possibly a shelf stalker or cashier, when I got in line there was one gentleman in front of me sending money and she took a really long time sending it and was rude to him then as she was cashing my check she answered the phone and made me and three other people stand there waiting while she assisted the person on the phone instead of assisting the people in front of her her hold demeanor was just inappropriate for being in customer service. All continue to return to this fries because it's super convenient and I do like the store itself I'm just disappointed with the service that one employee had performed.

It has a very nice selection of produce and Organic Foods also Gluten Free is there as well. So if you are Vegan you can shop there, that is what we look for in a grocery store and it is hard to find. The workers are very helpful and the checkout is fast especially at the self checkout they are very helpful and funny. They all seem to have a great attitude and the store is clean, bathrooms as well. And I always get my gas there at the same time which is nice to get a discount in todays world.

Very disappointed lately, every time I go here there is only one check out line open and a line of people. It seems like they are leaning on the self checkout. It used to be my favorite frys. I hope they fix this.

I tried to apply here as I know a lot of the staff, and I was told that they overstocked their employees. Now, my mom and I go to the store and there is one cashier open and the rest are self checkouts. If the employees are overstocked, where are they and why am I having to check and bag over 30 items since the line for the checkout is overfilled?
