Their name is Kroger in MI. Fry's has all of your grocery needs at a cheap price. You will definitely get more bang for your buck at Fry's!
Thank you to the supervisor Jesse for assisting with a refund. He was not able to figure out the solution to my problem but was able to provide assistance as a supervisor should. The first customer service employee removed herself from the situation before trying to get a manager to assist. She felt threatened which was okay I did have an attitude. The manager that came Larry not only did not make the situation better with assisting refunding my purchase but he gave up without trying to find a solution as a manager. Jesse however not only tried but he also did all that he could as a supervisor to assist. Some of the Fry's workers seem like they don't enjoy their job already so at this point I can expect them to not try to find a solution but instead take the easy route and just do their job the bare minimum at that. Can't expect any much more especially when they don't smile. Thanks to Jesse three stars was the best I can give otherwise 1 star is fair enough.
Clean store good prices. They tend to have fresh produce and meats too. Lots of good sales their reward card "vip" card is worth while too, it gets you deals as you shop and they mail you really good coupons for things you normally get. Plus gas points are always nice too. I've already looked Fry's. Probably second only to win Co, but I go there now for large shopping trips. To just go grab a free this quick Fry's is great.
Did my first order-online & pickup-by-appointment. Super! Purposely got ice cream, produce, meat & boxed oatmeal, to check how items were picked & more importantly how they were packed. Couldn't have done better myself - appropriately separated so cold stuff could go into my cooler & other stuff in paper bags sitting beside. I didn't even get out of my vehicle, got very courteous service in good time. I'm very pleased & will use this method again when shopping for large orders in future.
