Always a gr8 one stop shopping, this new store is like in the future, all gr8 ideas to make your shopping experience gr8, extremely helpful associates

Nice store and I like shopping there, only wish they had more vegetarian items. Large section of fireworks now for Fourth of July

Always a good experience as long as registers are open and u don't have to wait long for self check out

The absolute worst frys when it comes to checking out in the east valley. And I shop at over 15 different frys in the valley

13 people without masks allowed to walk around and get us sick. I called and talked to the manager Casey and she was awesome. I also lost my receipt and called later and she helped me retrieve it. Thanks Casey!

I walk in to frys there s big display of pop sings all over 88€ but when 2 bottls rang up = 3.89 no were dpeis it say 8 you halg to buy and the manger nevet has a name tage on shes the rude disrespectfull tall chick nose up in tje air

Nice store. Good selection of meat. Decent selection of ice cream. No self-checkout available, but the lines moved smoothly and I was able to get a club card quickly and easily upon checkout to save money on my purchases.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The cashiers are helpful and polite. The biggest problems I have with the store are 1: there is almost always one or more motorcycles on the sidewalks around the doors. Sometimes there are golf carts. They do nothing to try to eliminate these inconveniences for customers who have to walk around them. 2: Many times I go in this store and people have their dogs. Service animals are one thing, but pets and emotional support animals are completely another and not allowed. The store has been better about policing this lately, but I still see it.

We love using Clicklist at Fry's each month. Today was an especially large order but Kieanna and Lyssa did a great job with it.
I highly recommend trying Fry's Clicklist.

Even when you do all the electric cupons, digital deals, you still don't get it right at the register! Then you have to stand in a line at service desk and prove your life away to get refunded what they've cheated you of. Also, when you use a credit card, they refund your card and that takes up to a week to actually have back. You have to check. Sometimes you have to go back and do battle again! How many people never check?

There has 2 be something they can do to get better help.and more products. It has been remodel. Which helps a little. But had little to none of what I needed. And when I asked. I was sent 2 the wrong area. And when I found what I was looking 4.it was out.and I tried 2 get beer.they didn't have the beer in a six pack. Will not be going back. - / -.

I hate the self! Every time I use I have to have some one there it is the same with every one I see trying to use them

My visit to Fry's today was very pleasant the checkers are wonderful and very friendly, everyone is just so nice thank you:)

The cashier working the 15 items or less lane was way too old to handle that job I stood behind one person she was checking out for an actual 11 minuets very disappointed in what manager would put her as a cashier much less in express. Won't be visiting frys anymore

Every time I go to fry they're always so nice and they help you if you need help they always say good morning to you cuz that's what I make my trips is in the morning love the way they have everything laid out it's just all in all a good experience when you go to fry

The cashier was very sweet. But had no clue what she was doing. Having her in the express lane was crazy. She did not know what cilantro or jalapeños where. Took her so long to find the codes for the 10 items I had that my credit card timed out. Once again a nice person. But 2 of the people behind actually reloaded their carts and went to another line. I expressed my feelings to management as I existed the store. Hopefully they made a change.

I gave 5 stars for Tammy at the customer service counter. Ive been going there for 2yrs now and every time she helps me she is always so professional, nice and pleasant. I love her attitude and feel as though she should be recognized for this!

Went to frys and was sold spoiled meat. Lamb chops to be exact and the guy in customer service wasn’t even apologetic. Won’t be back
