Fry's Food And Drug reviews
34The staff is always ready to lend you a helping hand on and all questions about the sale's, fuel, and finding items that one has trouble with.
Store was out of stock on a number of items (stuff from the sodas, can fruits, and whipped cream sections) and they bagged a plastic deli container with two cans, causing the cans to squeeze it and pop the lid off. Their produce and international foods sections are usually well stocked and comparitively diverse compared to other nearby stores, though, and the staff is friendly.
Doesn't carry goldbond body powder or even the Kroger brand. Doesn't carry bag balm no more either. The store has gone down, in standard. Transients, drug addicts lurking in the parking lots and near the entrance.
Great customer service. The people that work here are super friendly. & eager to help. Clean store.
If there was a zero star that would be it. Worst customer service specially in the deli department.
Was not a good experience at Frys today, lines were backed up only 3 cashiers and 1 bagger. I spent $190.00 and had to bag my own groceries, I could of went to Winco if I wanted to do that.
The bottom of a box of 50 pieces of chicken fell out and all the chicken needed for a party was on the ground. I took the chicken to the 435 S. Ellsworth location and they replaced the chicken immediately; even though the chicken was not origally purchased from this location. Tristan and his manager Stephanie provided excellent customer service!
Its my spot to shop! Sometimes it's crowded and I get a little anxious but I always find everything I need and more employees are always helpful
I was just here yesterday when the poor employees were way understaffed during inherently busy hours, and tonight i came in to use the Coinstar machine but it had no power although it was plugged in. A lady next to me with children was using the SRP payment kiosk which was plugged into a nearby recept with wires exposed just like the rest of the ones on the common wall. Real good safety standards along with great management (sarcasm). Sorry to say that this store borderlines on ghetto.
Too much walking. Too far to walk to get what I need in the store. That's why I don't shop at walmart. I have to walk a mile to get what I need. I like Basha's best.
Rude staff excpet like 2 people. They told me to not use self check out anymore because theyre system has cliches. They would rather you not checkout bevause it slows the self checkout down? Seriously? Why not say they dont want to make money for their company if it is going to be too slow.
1st, this Fry's is a lot easier to navigate than the HUGE Fry's in Apache Junction. 2nd, you won't pay the taxes that you'll pay in Apache Junction. Very friendly staff.
Found everything I needed. Accidentally broke a lightbulb and rep let me not have to pay for it. So accommodating!
I am diabetic and buy SUGAR FREE Popsicles. Frys on Broadway and Ellsworth is my choice of grocery store. In the last month there was either no sugar free Popsicles, or only a box with cherry, grape and orange flavors. You used to at least carry Tropical sugar free Popsicles and at times The Red Edition. Saying that the selection of sugar popcycycles is plentiful. Very disappointing and frustrating
