10am appt arrived at 9am checked in go 2 stageing area 7hrs later get a door it's now 8pm still waiting on paper work this place is really toilet papers companion if you get my drift never ever come here refuse any load from brokers if you have a frozen or deli load, produce guys come in wait 1hr get a door warehouse for frozen pure hell doors blocked from here 2wazoo with products you will get a10hr break here trust me o yeah bathrooms taped up with no portapottie has 2b illegal

Simply they can't handle their po orders they order less truck loads.no respect for drivers time should avoid drivers do not pick lloyd for this location

My husband had an appointment at 2pm to deliver a load to this warehouse. They didn't start unloading him until 4pm. It took them an hour to unload him. He waited for his paperwork for 6 hours! He went in the warehouse several times to see how long it was going to take for the paperwork to be completed even talked to a supervisor. This is unheard-of and ridiculous! This is inexceptable. It is 11: 44 pm while I'm writing this complaint and he's still waiting at this time!

Usually i give 5 stars for this place but this week but this week I had to deal with an alcoholic guard working the gate on the exit side and he was yelling at everyone. Not professional one bit!

This place is the worst to unloading, if you need reset your 34hrs, this place is perfect to reset. This warehouse is sucks sucks sucks.

Can arrive 1 hour early but do not be more than 15 min late or you got a 2 day reschedule date

Do not accept an inbound load to this DC unless you have a day to spend. It has been 20 years since my first delivery here and no noticeable improvements have been made to expedite the receiving process. The only positive note I have to offer is that once you are in a door, the load is removed quickly. Better freight exists, seek it out.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. We in have been in trucking since 2006 and I have never seen a worst place to deliver. They don't care about drivers or being efficient. My driver had a 6 am appointment and was released at 5 pm. We lost a reload and it was a Saturday, so he ended up spending the weekend at a truck stop. Horrible place. Don't go there unless you are OK with staying there the whole day and you are getting paid really good money.

I don’t understand why they are in this business. You don’t know how this works. Why don’t you start something else to do? Like something where you can sleep 24/7? Maybe that works for you. Everyone from Kroger/Fry’s. Please stop sleeping.

Had a 8: 00 pm appointment, unloaded 8 pallets at 8: 00 am today, not a good place to deliver, 12 hours is ridiculous!

I always go in with a open mindset but these reviews are true. First off you get a paper from the guard stamped driver waiting. Your in for a wait right then. My appointment was at midnight put to the door at 0400 at 1300 I was released. Everything here at this frys is outsourced and I think that’s the biggest problem they have, Atlas logistics runs the warehouse. Ruan is the trucking and lazer spot is the yard people.

I checked in 07: 30 for an 08: 00 o'clock appoiment finally got a door at 19: 50 this is the worst place I've ever delivered a freight

I wish I had read the reviews here, my case is even worse, I came to delivery and my appointment have been canceled, it was at 2300, so I'm here the next day, can't even get JB Hunt to get up their rear and help me.
For experience is probably going to be 2 days for reschedule appointment.
It happened to me at a Albertsons, I never went back after but here I am at this nightmare of a place.
I am never coming back. That's for sure and no one should go through all this.

Arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment. Checked in fairly quick. Been here for 4 1/2 hrs still don't have paperwork for a prepaid lumper service. Missing my reload to go home. I hope there is detention pay for the sit time.

Arrived an hour early, got a door over 7 hours AFTER appt time, sat in door another 6 hours before they even started the unloading process, then waited over 2 hours for paperwork, at which point was told it would be nearly $300 for unloading fees. Whoever manages this place should wear a bag over their head in public.

Your fueling stations don't have bathrooms for paying customers. What an outrage. I'm boycotting Fry's fueling and grocery stores all together. I will make sure to let others know about your lack of social responsibly and courtesy.

Worst place ever, very bad, rude, unprofessional and disgusting people at the receiving office. I will Never deliver there anymore if I have to do it then I will leave my company

I had a coupon for 15.00 toward a Jeni o Turkey Marked 19.99. The company I work for gave them to us, the company that issues them has worked with Krogar before however the Lead Clerk wasn't able to get the coupon to work.
How sad that now I have nothing for dinner and I estimate about 80.00 of items in the basket that I left behind
