Checked in at 4 pm and here i sit at 12 pm the next day. Completely unacceptable. You had better pack some food and put that refer unit on start stop or even better idea.dont come here at all.

Had a 4am appointment, checked in at 3: 30am. Got door assignment at 4pm. It is now 5: 30pm and they have not started to unload yet.
Fry and Capstone employees could care less about the truck driver but yet don't you be late or you will have to reschedule delivery.
This is the worst Kroger subsidiary I have ever been to in 30 years.
Post poor management, planning and attitudes of employees and lumpers.
I am glad I don't shop at Fry's Supermarket's
13.5 hours and counting till I am empty.
