2 star because i agree the staff is polite, But its weird all the negative reviews are regarding the service department.i took a truck there for transmission service, they kept the truck for 3 days then called and said i need a new or remanufactured transmission.they said mine is "un repairable". They found both new and used with prices but i declined service.a shop next town over repaired it for under $300 and i had it back within hours. I Recommend shopping around, it dont hurt.

Worst places ever, will never go back. They made me a key that does not work! They told me that I can return it if it didn't work and I called to return it and they said no returns.

Absolutely amazing service whether buying new and used. They will bend over backwards to get you financed with a great deal. Eva is the BEST! While you're waiting head across the street and have a bite to eat at Tags Cafe! Can't go wrong with small town hospitality!

Awesome Experience my gf, son, and I had. My gf wanted a Camry and Garrett Motors gave her the best deal by far. I personally talked to Christina, Ken, J. So my husband and I had originally bought our vehicle at a different location but due to living out in Coolidge, this is the main 1 we can go to for services. And so far coming here for 2 oil changes.i have had THE best service and best customer service with everyone here. The staff truly goes over and beyond to help you. Holly was super attentive and very friendly and Spencer by far blew me out of the water with his exceptional customer service. Unexpectedly had to change my oil change appointment a day earlier and knew they could drop me off at home, but turns out I had an emergency and had to go to the dentist down the street, they were able to take me there but wasn't sure of how I was going to get home or pick the car up since my husband wasn't going to be home until 6. Immediately Spencer asked if I was going to need to be picked up (I wonder if he knew I was just planning as I go that day lol) either way he took care of me and picked me up. Once I picked up the car the check out was great! I wasn't pushed or hounded to buy anything and they girls up front were super friendly and just super kind. Overall because of this experience not just once but both times has seriously shown the consistency of their service and the next vehicle we plan to buy we WILL go to Garrett Motors!

I 100% recommend garret motors! Their costumer service is great. I had trouble with a car part and RJ Ayala helped me with it. He was nice and explained everything very well to me. He also helped me pick out a dashmat for my car!

I had some work done on my car and was so happy i decided to go here, they took such good care of me! I felt like i was over paying with my previous visits to other shops. I am very pleased. Marcus went above and beyond i am looking forward to seeing him again:)

I’m giving 2 stars for the polite employees but other than that, due to an event I don’t know how to feel. I came in because my mechanic was charging me $1200 to fix my AC & I wanted to shop around for the lowest price. I got my car checked for free by my mechanic and he wrote down what I needed & he said $1200 out the door. Of course when you have to pay a months mortgage on a little AC, you want to make sure it’s the best deal. I spoke to Candy & I read her the paper with the recommendations and she said she will call me back. I literally had to play phone tag for eight hours to get a quote and she quoted me at $800. (Mind you the person who answered the phone said Candy left for the day but when I let her know how frustrated I was Candy magicaly got on the phone). She then said that it will not be under warranty unless I get two other parts replaced which will make my grand total $1700. That’s not even an option. So my car was worked on for $800.3 weeks later my ac isn’t working again. You guys proceeded to tell me you don’t do free ac checks and reminded me it’s not under warranty. I took it back to my mechanic & he said not everything he recommended was complete! I had a leaky hose that made me lose my Freon. How can you work on someone’s car & just take their word for it and not see as you are in there working that the hose is leaking? ! I shouldn’t have to do any hand holding through the process. You are supposed to be the professionals. A patient doesn’t go & tell the doctor I need heart surgery without the doctor validating it! & then to find out from my mechanic that my repair is actually under warranty was the icing on the cake. You let me down big time.
