Let me tell ya! This place has the best popcorn this side of La palma, Hats off to Kara and Janet for keeping it seasoned and fresh. Makes my waiting room experience worth it!

When dealing with Garrett Motors, the service department went out of their way to help me with what I needed help with. Not once, did they put me aside. Ralph Ayala did more than I could ask for and in a timely manner. He communicated with me and other departments to ensure my vehicle was serviced. Over all Garrett Motors has exceptional customer service!

Steve Hudson went above and beyond helping me purchase my first vehicle! RJ Ayala has always been very helpful with parts and with any questions I may have. I have sent 3 family members over the last year to purchase vehicles and I would recommend anyone to Garret Motors!

Well.let me start off by saying nobody likes to have to take their car in to get worked on. About three months ago i had to go into Garrett Motors and order a part. The gentlemen at the counter was so friendly and knew exaclty what he was talking about. He ordered the right part for my car, he got the Chevy all shined up and i was on my way. I really appreciate the great customer service Ralph presented to me that day. Way to go Ralph! Keep up the hard work!:)

Garrett’s has been my go-to place for my vehicle needs since I urned 16. Janet always has good popcorn ready for me while my car is in the service department getting worked on as well!

Took my trailblazer in for an alignment after I replaced the rack and pinion. After they had it for a couple of hours they called me and said they were unable to do the alignment because the clips on the dust cover over the tie rod were wrong. Was still charged $60 and when I picked up the truck the traction light was on. So ended up I paid for them to screw it up worse than when I bought it in. Took it to Firestone and they had no problem with the alignment.

I appreciate the service here with Garret Motors. The small town individuals that represent this wonderful company are very helpful inside and outside the company walls. RJ is awesome and has given me so much help when it comes to parts and even teaching me more and more about my vehicle. You guys rock!
