Gentle Dental Avondale

Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I will be going back next month to finish my dental work. I highly recommend this office.

I was very pleased. I was not looking forward to the screeching and having a sore mouth from keeping my mouth open, but they were great! I was cold and they provided a blanket. I didn't want my lips to crack from getting dry and they put vaseline. They explained what they were doing next so that I didn't have to wonder how much longer I was going to be there and they kept watch for if I were to raise my hand for any discomfort. Very very pleased!

Angel is always polite, kind, and does an excellent job. She answers all of my many questions, and I always feel like my teeth are clean and I understand everything that was done and what more I should do if anything.

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with a beautiful friendly smile. The whole staff was knowledgeable, friendly, & treated me like I was the only patient. I will recommend Gental Dental to my family & friends.

I have always had a great experience at Gentle Dental in Avondale. Monica, Angel, Dr. Lee and the rest of the staff take excellent care of all my dental issues.

This outstanding incorrect billing statement is going on 2 years! I've called the McDowell location at least a dozen times, gone over the numbers and it's clear as day how much I owe! It's around $200 I've offered to pay on the phone. I was told the manager was out for a month, someone else would call me back NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! NOW I HAVE A COLLECTION COMPANY CALLING ME FOR PAYMENT ON SOMETHING I'VE TRIED TO PAY THE CORRECT AMOUNT. This place is a joke! Save yourself the grief and don't bother to use them- go someplace else. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with them.

I have been apprehensive to go to the dentist for years, all the staff and the dentist were great and made me feel comfortable. Angel is the best!

The experience I've had with Gentle Dental Avondale has been EXCELLENT! Dr. Lee is AMAZING! He and the wonderful team at the Avondale location truly live up to the "gentle" in Gentle Dental. This has hands down been the most comfortable dentistry I have ever had in my life-and I'm not talking just getting your teeth cleaned-I mean serious dental work. You will never want to go anywhere else for your dental needs. The entire staff is professional, warm, caring, and will take THE MOST OUTSTANDING care of you. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could-Thank you Gentle Dental Avondale!

From the moment I walked into the Avondale location I felt at home. Myself and my two children, had great experiences there recently. They make you feel comfortable about the process, financially and emotionally (I get nervous, even as an adult). The friendly staff makes it even greater. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I search a long time for a new dental provider and am so happy I chose Gentle Dental. The staff was very professional and friendly—from start to finish. Was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time and greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable dental assistant. Dr. Lee did not rush through my exam and took the time to discuss my treatment options. I felt my concerns were heard and the entire staff was caring and most importantly, non-judgmental. Highly recommend this dental group.

Dr. Lee is great. It’s always great seeing the same friendly faces. Been here for 13 years and can’t see myself getting a cleaning from any where else. Angel is the best

I've been a patient for a few years now and the whole staff is great. Today's visit was no exception. Monique at the front office, the dental assistant (I didn't catch her name), Angel the hygienist, and Dr. Lee were awesome!

I would like to thank Angel and the crew at gentle dental for their concern and professionalism. They were very straightforward on the procedures I needed and promptly took care of all of them. My experiences have always been very good ones. I would absolutely recommend Gentel Dental’s Staff to anyone.

Good service during appointments. However everytime they set me up for an appointment thier days and times change, and I get absolutely no calls. Which means everytime I show up for an appointment. They are closed. Also, every couple of months, they lose all of my information, which means that I have to show up with proof of insuranceand everything else they lost. I have also been charged for services I never got, or specifically asked them to remove.

They check my insurance to see what's covered. They have a wonderful staff that helps u. They work with your schedule. I've been going to them close to 20 years o longer. So that tells u how happy I am with them.

I called with tooth pain and they fit me into the schedule that day. Once I got there everyone was ready to help me and I never felt as comfortable as I did yesterday. I seen Mr. Lee DDS and he made sure I was comfortable and talked me through what he was doing and made my experience so much easier. He won me over and I recommend you give him a call abd see for yourself
