25 The work they do is good. The receptionist is great! My cleaning was good and quick but I waited in the chair for over 20 minutes before it began. Either they need more hygenists or rework the scheduling.
The biggest negative to me is that I never know from one time to the next who my dentist or hygenist will be. They change frequently.
I came in with my mother, who's only language is Spanish, and Dr. Lee and the great bilingual staff made her feel so comfortable. Wait time was low, service was high! All you Spanish speakers in West Phoenix come see Dr. Lee and his team, they will take great care of you and your parents
Had a dental emergency this morning and online it says that your open at 8a.m but I call and it says "you've reached us after hours and we are only open 2 Saturdays out of the month" so please fix the schedule so nobody is expecting to get in at 8 a.m.
I like my hygienist. They're always busy and seem to be behind. That can be frustrating when you have other places to go.
I've been going to gentle dental for years and i recently had an appt and the service there is amazing especially since Dr. Sampang was back, love his work and kindness and the lady in the front is really nice to me and my family, her name is monique, i recommend this office to everyone, thanks again for your kindness.
