I turned 70 and had to renew my license, went on a Saturday, it was fast I was there 20 minutes, but cost more than at the MVD. I paid a little less than $60. At the first window the person was cheerful and agreeable. The person at the second window was efficient but not especially friendly. Go there if you don't want to go to the MVD.

Excellent service, didn't have to wait long! I have used this place in the past, always great service! The only complaint I have is the license was pricey!

After reading the reviews I was skeptical to come in on a Sunday, but it was the only thing open on Sunday, I’m glad I did everybody was great! My registration was a bit complicated because I bought it in another state, my wait was two minutes and the rest of it took about 25 minutes because it was so complicated. But they knew what they were doing and got it done as fast as they could and I’m very happy I came in.

I have used them for registration and the travel ID, both times I was in and out within 15 mins. And, the staff have been friendly and helpful.

They take your money & they won’t return it the way you gave it to them when asking for a refund you gotta go through the struggle online very disappointing

The very first time I came here I had a decent experience with the nice young lady but the last two times I've came here for simple transaction it stinks there's always a wait and the workers act like they don't even want to work there extremely rude non-professional and do not want to help you at all. I will not be going back. Decided to go to desert title and tag and they were fantastic.

Just called for the first and last time the chick answered the phone rude and said she couldn't hear me because "it was too loud" nobody is in the car but me and she was connected to my radio so no music was playing.

Spent over three hours at this location to get a driver’s license. It would have been much longer if I hadn’t, multiple times, had to step up and ask for assistance. The ‘customer service’ varied by person from indifferent to hostile. This location is definitely something to avoid unless you have a whole day to waste.

Never Received my ID and they are making me pay for it again its been since July and i haven't gotten my ID still!

I would give a negative number of stars if I could. I've used this place many times in the past but lately they are so RUDE and LAZY! Not helpful at all and they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by trying to register a vehicle. Definitely will NEVER do business with them ever again. If you don't like your job you shouldn't take it out on customers.

Special Military Exemption according to this place your spouse must be dead to be granted an exemption for active service and deployment “policy” despite what is clearly stated by ADOT. Please venture to ANY other 3rd party MVD as these people are incompetent and worthless. Also the establishment is disgusting

They need to have better commicuation. The workers are running around the back yelling at each other in Spanish not communicating with customers.

Worst ever we're paying them more money so we can get better service. I waited over 3 hours for a written test and their excuse is that they are short they wouldnt refund my money either. Just terrible im stuck in this very mismanaged place. If you cant serve people then at least give them their money back or tell them what to expect before you take it.

Took over 3 hours waiting for the driving test for a new license. But they were quick, it was just busy

Very good service. Been going here for a couple years to take care of tags, titles, license, etc. They are very quick and helpful. It's a very good alternative to the jokes that are government issue dmvs. Well worth the convenience fee, will continue to go here.

This place will screw you with fees! It's much more expensive than a real MVD. I highly recommend not going here!

Do not go here! First person was very nice but the second window lady was extremely rude and had no idea how to do her job.
After 30 minutes, when I asked her if there was a problem with my paperwork, she informed she has never done “one of these before” (issued a license) and got a completely uncalled for attitude. After about ten more minutes I asked, very politely, for my information and money back and let them know I’d prefer to go somewhere else - they refused and told me that “it’ll take long anywhere I go” ummm.no, they’ll know what they’re doing.

The entire reason to pay a convience fee of $35 on top of license fee is for convience.not to get attitude and be tied up for 90 min.

This company does not even deserve one star! They charge almost double for what the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) does but I felt that the convenience of their extended hours would be worth the extra cost since I would not have to take off of work to get my Travel Drivers license. I was wrong. I should have just taken the time and made an appointment with the MVD. We arrived about at GG &D 8: 30 AM. The wait wasn't bad. I handed them over my application with the bar code that I got online and they took my photo and had us go sit down and wait for our number to be called again. We we were called again the lady that served us said I would need my marriage licence even though my Social Security card and former drivers license had my married name on it. I went home, got my marriage licence and took it back to them. Had to wait again until we were called and then they wouldn't accept my marriage license even though it was the original document. They said I needed one that was certified with the state. I explained that it is certified, showed them the seal and they still refused it. They kept showing us a document and said "it needs to look like this" Every time we asked a question they would have to go ask someone else or call someone. When we asked for a supervisor there wasn't one and took our number saying that the supervisor would call us. The paperwork from ADOT that lists the requirements needed to obtain an AZ Travel Drivers License states that you need to bring in the "original OR a certified document of the original". We left.by this time it was about 11 o'clock. I decided I would NEVER go back to that awful place. I then decided to go get my passport instead. Went home, printed out my passport application. Went over to the passport office. Everything went so smoothly. I had no trouble of them accepting ANY of my original documentation. The moral of the story is NEVER use GG&D Motor Vehicle Services. If you want someone who knows what they are doing go straight to the source. I would have saved myself a HUGE headache (literally). All I can say is that I have learned my lesson and will NEVER again trust a third party company for my transactions.

I called ahead and asked about receiving a replacement license for my 21st birthday. I was told they would be able to print it same day, which is why there was an additional $16 fee.

I wait for an hour, and am given a piece of paper with my “temporary” license and informed that I won’t receive my actual license for another 2 weeks.

I was lied too, and wasted not only 1 hour of my time, but also $16 additional to do what I could have done online at the MVD for the standard fee.

After being lied too, I will never again visit this vendor. I seriously recommend AGAINST using this company for any vehicular services.

I came into apply for a driver license written and road test waited about 15 minutes and when time to pay it was almost $90 for both the test and $33 for the written test! I asked how late they take road test so i could run to grab more cash, and the lady said the cut off time is 4: 30p.m and the website clearly states 6: 00p.m! I took the written test was done in no more than 15 minutes, was locked in the test room since no worker noticed i was trying to get out! Gave them my test was told to wait for my name to ne called it was about 3: 52 waited until 4: 50 for them to call me to the window, i passed and as she is finishing my papers a call comes in and she answers it and i literally stand there in the window for 17 more minutes! While she is talking away w whom ever is on the phone! Puts the caller on hold and goes to look for someone comes back and talks for another 10 minutes! It was clearly a personal call for another worker! This whole time there is about 4 workers behind the windows NOT DOING anything but walking back and forth! So she hangs up the phone after 25 minutes or so! Gets back to my paper work and is continuing to laugh and conversate with the other workers, so she continues to stop my paper work to laugh and talk w other people! So for about another 15 minutes she has my info in front of her and can not concentrate on what she is doing because the co workers are soo funny! The paper work should of got done in 10 maybe 15 minutes and instead it took almost 40 minutes! Very unprofessional work environment and the times the website gives are not correct or i was just informed at the office of the wrong times! Worst experience ever im not going back for that but definitely never going for the prices are out of this world!
