No star! Worst service EVER!
My wife and I were interested in obtaining a new voluntary traveler driver's license. These people can't tell the difference between an original document or a copy. Their application is ambiguous to what their requirements are. No where on their application did it state that only a court copy was acceptable. We were given the run-around on Saturday and argued about the documents that we presented were valid and justifiable. They would not accept our original marriage certificate over a court "copy"! They told us that we would have to go to the court to request a court certified copy over the original document. They also charge you $45, almost twice the amount than the $25 the DMV charges. After the morning fiasco with the "Third World Party" we decided to get a passport. My wife filled out the application on-line and we headed over to the passport office where she got her passport photo and her passport all in less time than the wasted morning at GG&D. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost. Beware, you've been warned!

Terrible customer service. They made a mistake on my odometer reading and after I questioned it, they assured me it was correct.it wasn't. I have had to reach out 3 times (over 2 months) about getting the issue resolved (and it is still not resolved). Employees could not care less about helping people.

If I had the option of giving zero stars, I'd use it with this people; the worst service I've seen in a long long time.
Last night when we arrived, we were waiting just because THEY WERE BUSY DOING NOTHING; the place was empty and even the chart with the "now attending" numbers was off, but the woman was demanding a number ticket and saying that we needed to wait till our number was called.
In that moment, luckily for us, a voice said "now attending number 148".
She was so pissed and attended us so bad, we are invited to never come back.
In other words and other language, pésimo.

Terrible buisness which refused to acknowledge my religious beliefs and would not allow me to wear my religious headwear in my photo despite other mvds allowing it. They even laughed at me to my face. Disgusting people and disgusting company

Im not sure about this place but I do know (RYAN) that a pasta strainer IS NOT RELIGOUS HEADWEAR. You carry on like you are offended yet it is ok to mock actual RASTAFARIANS (of whom I don't agree with but I respect their belief as it is an actual belief not a goofy childish joke) with your ridiculous PASTAFARIAN farse. Grow up Ryan.

I wish i didnt have to give them 1 star. They are not even worth that. If you can get past the horid smell of constant smell of bo and cleaning then you can deal with the people that have no clue how to work with customers or issues having to do with department of motor vehicles. It says right on their site they take visa master card etc.well mine is associated with pin. Just a added security feature. We'll apparently they can't take those. How is that different than a debit card? It doesn't say on their site no debit cards. Why do you have debit machines of you can't put I pin numbers. Word of advise if you are going to tell a customer well you can get cash at least know where the nearest atm machines are. Don't tell the customer i don't know. That is just piss poor customer svs. It's at Chase btw. South west corner. In a nutshell you guys suck and need to take notes from the one out here in san tan or from 123 Moter vehicles in casa grande.

Took my relative here for road test. They failed him twice in 3 weeks. First time he forgot to turn the signal when making a turn, second time because he turn it on too early (they told me he turned the signal on at about 50 feet while the manual stated 30 feet). I took a day off to go to MVD in Mesa, my relative passed the road test with ease. I don't like this place.

Terrible service, arrived five minutes after opening and they were not ready to work. People walking in late, counting tills, cleaning, etc. About 10 after I am called, keep in mind I was the first person there and the girl could not have been more zombie like. Wasn't able to complete what I needed to (due to the lack of information I received from their phone people) and before I could even say I would come back she called another person. Never going back.

If you like being waited on by the rudest most incompetent people then this is your place. Avoid like the plague!

We where waiting for 1 Hour and a half and the supervisor never send the e-mail at 7: 50 pm at window 13 we have proof that the taxes are paid to change the title and after all this waiting she just told us she didn't do it yet I was so upset because she was so uncompetitive

Came to transfer a title into a Living Trust; I left after watching them struggle for 15 minutes, as they had no idea how to perform this transaction. If you're going to charge customers to provide DMV services, know how to perform DMV services. I would recommend looking elsewhere for DMV services.

Went in to take le road test spent 20 minutes waiting and then intructor came out to test me road skills 3 point turn was a lil tricky but not hard at all just gotta stop and look (take test with a small car too) after that it was cake! Instructor was very nice she talked wit me while giving instruction were to drive and it took pretty much 30 min I say it's worth it going here on a short notice to get your dl but overall it was fast and the service was great!

Very short lines if there even is any I was in and out in 5 minutes well worth the convenience fee rather then a 2 hour wait at the mvd

Really quick dmv services. I was maybe there a half hour total. The staff were nice and friendly. There were a lot of screaming children in the waiting area though and it's not like you can get away from it. Thankfully they are quick and efficient here so you're in and out.
