Have you ever seen a movie/show that depicts an inefficient MVD’s and rude government employees who hate their jobs? Those shows/movies were modeled after this place.slow, employees with negative attitudes, inefficiency, and did I mention it’s SLOW?

Customer Service at the Information Desk was outstanding. There was a glitch on my car registration and she took care of the problem quickly and with a smile. Two thumbs up!

Honestly.they were so friendly and I hate to say it, but COVID has made the DMV more organized.streamlined and definitely not a place you dread going!

Totally, absolutely, poor customer service! Rude, don't know the job, don't even give you a chance to say why you're there before they tell you that they can't help you!

Very rude employees here.specially the guy in the 3rd level inspection treats people very poorly and acts like he doesn’t want to be there super disrespectful.never going back!

Recently went here to update my license from an "under 21" to a regular one and the process was a breeze. Going through the line, getting my photo, and completing my paperwork with a staff member took all of 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

On my recent visit to the Glendale DMV I only used the self-serve kioskbut when I walked up to the door there was a massive line of people waiting to get checked in fortunately I did not have to wait in this line but it does seem a little inefficient to have such a long line out the door when they could easily relocate the front desk somewhere more toward the middle to give themselves some room the self-serve kiosk was fairly easy to operate and I think they should add more to help the workload

I went in to get a tile and registration done and Robert was extremely helpful and friendly and took his time to answer all my quesitons. The wait time was less than 15 minutes on a Wednesday around 1: 00pm. I would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE customer service with the inspection “officer” today. Was extremely rude yelling at me for parking in the wrong place. I’m sorry I’ve never done this before NO PROBLEM sir I will move my car! He honestly should not be working with people. Put this man where he doesn’t interact with people- if you want to have a miserable life then keep doing what you are doing! Everyone around me said the same thing. Apparently this is how he is EVERYDAY! MVD you should hire someone that needs the job and actually enjoys what they do! Didn’t get his name because I wasn’t close enough -thank goodness. He’s an older gentlemen that yells at people and works the salvage inspections. I was told the Scottsdale location has much better service! Geez!

WOW this place is phenomenal! When I first walked in I thought I was in the wrong building. Compared to what this place looks like about a year ago when I was last in here there is no comparison! This place is a well oiled machine they get you in and out so quickly. All of the staff was very helpful, the place was clean and all of the customers were smiling!
P. S. I did make an appointment but don’t think I really needed it. 10 stars!

Went to get my 1st arizona id with a voucher because i was homeless at the time and needed it to find a job i told the person that did my paper work to make sure to add my apt number he showed me the cpu screen and everything was good after waiting a WHOLE month i called back and was told that my apt number was never added so it never got delivered i wouldn't give this place a star at all if possible on PURPOSE hater thats what that guy is.

Very bad service and very bad attitude need to improve a lot do not know how to treat people and very slow in service.one leaves everything stressed from that place.

The lady at the front desk 06/11/2018 around 11am was very rude. She was sorta condescending and provided no solutions to my situation. I would highly suggest hiring someone who is strong but also who knows how to provide empathy and resolution; she did not have any face to face customer service skills. The good part was the time to get to the desk was great, that did not take a lot of time, and it was clean so I give kudos for that.

It's not some place anyone ever wants to go, but the staff is always very polite and efficient, and they keep it clean. The lines move a lot faster since they switched to a first come / first serve queue instead of calling out numbers.

The guy at this place hates his job there should be no reason for him here with his nasty attitude. And this place takes their sweet as time. Dont recommends this place they take for ever to get your car inspected. Guy I'm talking about is the guy that sits n check u guys in at inspection 2 n 3. This place really sucks ass. And they dont open on time they say they do. Its 8.24 n they had to open at 8 f*** this place.

Candice helped me very professional and very kind, knowing what she was doing and how to guide me through registerin my trailer. I highly recommend this DMV and I hope you consider it the same. Keep up the good work Candice.

Expedition with customer service is bad employees actually take care of customers like they hate there job I will never forget my bad experience at that location is so bad that I prefer prison time and not go there

Very fast service as long as you double check all your documents. Most people wait in line and are told to go to the self service kiosk, so check if you can just go straight there instead of waiting.

This MVD sucks they f****** make you print out a registration form and insurance to take a test when they can only look it up in the computer and find out if you have it or not then they got kiosk that don't work trying to say everything is by law this place is sucks it's stupid the MVD in Avondale is much better. The ladies sit there on their fat asses and don't do anything.

WOW! This DMV has made a complete 360*. They have restructured their entire operation and I must applaud them! ~ Yes, coming from the person who would rather have teeth pulled than go into a DMV! They were so quick and efficient as well as respectful and courteous, and it was a painless process. From walking in to walking out. A+ Five Stars Congratulations to this particular DMV!
