We arrived there around 2: 30 on April 6th but he wouldn’t take us in for an inspection. A customer getting an inspection told us they had been waiting for hours

Went to change licenses from old state to Arizona. Process was efficient, staff were courteous, area was clean and well kept. In and out in under an hour. Excellent customers service! Thank you for all the help and information.

Stephanie level 1 is horrible she hung up on me! The worst customer service! A manager needs to do something about this Stephaine you are a horrible employee

Unprofessional. Concentration camp like environment. You are penalized for going here by not being provided with seating. Go somewhere else.

Absolutly the worst place on earth if your car needs inspection go to scottsdale location! The man balicki just shuffels paper around on the desk while being absolutly rude with very poor customer service, they have no idea what they are doing paper pusher tells you its because they had someone leave so inspectuons are slow but the real problem is paper work! He takes 45 min after your inspection is done and holds your licence hostage so you cant leave to even get a drink at circle k after waiting all day here! Worst customer service and horrible system they have here! Never again will i come here

Lorena and Adam Campos have excellent customer service skills. I had a lot of paperwork that needed processing, and they both were extremely patient and helpful. Very delightful experience. Strongly recommend

Went there today to pick up my daughters permit since she completed her test online. I was told that they could not issue her the permit or ID since she has two last names on her birth certificate and only one on her SSN card. We also provided her school ID which matches the birth certificate. We were told thst we will have to fix her SSN (the secondary document) to match her birth certificate since its the primary document. After reviewing the policy I found that her school ID is considered a secondary document and could've been used as it matches the primary document. Staff needs to know their own policies to avoid customer frustration and duplicate unnecessary waiting.

Unable to ever get days off of work, I FINALLY got 2 hours off the morning of 1/10/18, and headed to the MVD to take care of my business I had been waiting months to do. Arrived shortly after 8am, and a sign sat out front saying they were closed until 12pm that day. No reason. No answers. Poor business quality.

Went to 2 MVD's today amc cameras for ID's were down. Vanessa successfully created a workaround that I am so thankful for. Good employees here!

Wouldn’t recommend going here the employees act like they don’t like working there they are rude and disrespectful. There’s a lot of bad vibes wouldnt

It was great! I was at first hesitant because of the other bad reviews but I said no matter what I will be nice and I did everyone was nice from beginning to end so Great!

I understand the DMV is very busy but that is no reason to be a jerk to the customers. The sandy blonde haired woman at window 15 with the colorful tattoo on her right forearm literally threw my paperwork at me when we completed the transaction. I would rather pay more at a third party DMV than be treated with such disrespect; never going here again.

After dealing with California DMV for years, this Dmv of AZ is a cake walk, 1st class service.
First time was for a drivers license and received it in 6 days.
Next went in to switch plates on our trucks and again, awesome service.

Terrible! We had an appointment and we came on time and they told us that the system is down! Unfortunately, there isn't negative stars option available but if there was I would've picked negative infinity stars. Wouldn't recommend this place to Satan himself.

The check in desk is courteous and helpful. Then you get in a line that is pretty useless and has no structure. The employees are rude and lack proper customer service. My suggestion to them would be get another job if they don't like what they're doing. Never going back to this location.

Lady's at the front desk are very nice which is why I went back there, but the guy giving the road text is very rude, I was watching him test a lady and he yelled and me for standing under a tree watching him. FYI dont do you road test there!

If you are going for your driver's test, DO NOT take a truck. You cant do the 3 point turn in any truck.

No one seems to know what actual information is needed to fix a license that they misspelled. Pigs.

Boy, twice in one day this place has screwed up. Misinformation, and now they don't even know how to set up the proper tests. Gotta love taking multiple tests that aren't needed for the license you want.

They give you a number but if you are not in the actual line doesn't matter. So be sure to stand and wait or you end up having to wait that much longer.
