I made a phone call to Global bikes in Phoenix. Doug answered. I told him what I was looking for. He said, I coincidentally have three of those in three different colors. I drove to the store directly, upon entering the store, Doug, recognized me from the earlier conversation and called me by name and said, “ let me show you the 3 bikes! ”. He said, “you pick which one you like and we’ll let you take it for a test drive, ”which I did. He then took my bike to the one mechanic who adjusted and made ready. I also browsed the store for additional accessories. Doug was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After I purchased the items, he handed them to the mechanic who installed them. I took the bike out for another test drive, made one more adjustment to the brakes and I was loading my truck with my new bike. I was impressed with the service, it was after 5 on a Saturday, three guys working the store, multiple people coming in looking and buying products. It was very smooth and efficient.
Upon returning home, I told my wife about the experience and we will be back to buy her a bike very shortly. Thanks guys for the efforts during Covid and Saturday that made my experience great!

I had a dropper post installed incorrectly from another shop and the awesome staff at Golbal Ahwatukee fixed it for me. Great service, fast and reliable.

Went to pick up a bike this evening. Employees did not greet and even do the eye contact. When we left with a bike from store, dont bother to help us open the door.

Anyone looking to purchase i bike i always recommend them to Global Bikes Ahwatukee. I purchased my bike here and nothing but great service from them when i have mechanical issues or need a tune up.

Brought my bike in for maintenance, not sure what they did but rides smoother, quieter than when first purchased! And on way out noticed several bike events Global bikes offers for FREE for all level of cyclist which is good for this beginner!

Great service! Visiting from Montréal for a few days, had a loose (stripped) screw on my xo shifter arrived 10 minutes before closing and they immediately dropped everything to help me. Vince who did the work did not even know who is was, just saw I was stranded and helped me out so I could not miss a Day riding. I was not even charged a penny for their time and help! This is why we need local bike shops and need to support them!

Wonderful experience! I was visiting Arizona from Minnesota and rented a couple of Stumpjumpers from them for a few days. The bikes were amazing and set up just right! They also rented a bike rack for the car which was a huge plus! I will be a return customer any time I'm in town again! Thanks for the great bikes and helpful tips!

If you know nothing about Mountain Biking this is a good place to buy and learn! Doug, James and staff do all they can to accommodate you and make you feel confident going forward. Their service is excellent. Glad to be with you and happy we got to know you.

Spent $75 on a tune up for a new bike. They put in a standard inner tube that once it went flat, we couldnt pump it up because they put in the wrong inner tube with a standard length valve stem. This wheel is an aero wheel that needed longer stems. Ive been in there twice for replacement tubes for a 26 inch tire and both times they dont have any. And if you bought a bike from somewhere else, youre a dirtbag and thats how they treat you. I just walked out of their and will never walk back in.

Yet another great ride from the guys at Global Bikes in Ahwatukee. This place prioritizes enjoyment of the sport and not just a sale. If you are new to riding and bike maintenance, not only are they welcoming, but very helpful! They have classes after hours (free of charge) teaching various level of bike repair as well as organize group rides from beginners to intermediate and up. I truly appreciate what the team here does for the sport! Keep up the good work guys!

Great service, great staff! I had a bike stolen and was returned to me but in rough shape and they fixed it up beautifully for me. I also had some saddle issues and they helped get me on the right one. Also loving my Niner mountain bike that James helped me purchase and learn to ride! I’ll send all my friends to this bike shop for the quality service and repairs!

I recently had my bike tuned up at GB. New tires looked good, wraps were well done, I was pleased overall. However, I spent over $200 and they didn't even bother to take a rag to clean the dust off the bike. Back in the day I used to sell and work on bikes, so wiping down a bike upon completion was part of the job. Going the extra mile is what separates you from an average bike shop to a great one. Food for thought.
