Matt (new service manager/mechanic) did a great job with my bike in Ahwatukee yesterday. Second time he's worked on my mountain bike so far (fork rebuild feels and looks great)! Noticed my pivots were cleaned (exteriorly) on the frame and they weren't clean before the bike went in! Thanks for going up and above Matt!
Needed some wheels for some bikes. Not a bike expert so
I was trying to either provide information on what I had, or find out what info I needed to bring. The guy I spoke with, crazy neat hair, was condescending, rude and utterly useless. Won’t go back there ever, even though it’s right by my house.
