Honest, reasonably priced and exceeded all expectations. They replaced and corrected an install that was done by another company. Highly recommended, amazing customer service, they fixed in one day a problem we couldn’t get corrected in months.

They didn’t cancel my account when I originally asked but when I sent an email they replied with an apology and said they would reimburse me all extra charges. Highly professional, I think it was an honest mistake and am thankful they will reimburse me with no hassle or fuss

The technicians at Goettl are all very friendly, and I guess they’re knowledgeable but I don’t really know how I would be able to tell. It bothers me that they always try to upsell me something or panic me about the state of my AC. I wish they would just come and do what I paid them to do and leave it at that.
I got a new AC unit from them 3 years ago. They require you to do their “rejuvenation” to maintain the warranty on parts. I understand you can’t warranty something that isn’t taken care of, but I would like to hire someone else for maintenance.
If I had to do it all over again I would use a different company.

The warranty shows one thing wasnt done that should have been done. The crew that cleaned the ducts left duct dirt laying on the floor when they left and my daughter noticed a used glove and paint brush lying in the yard. Over-all they were efficient considering the cost.

I had lots of problems from Goettl plumbing. However after a complaint and call back they made the situation right. At least its a business that corrects its problems.

Loved the people who came out and showed us pictures of everything. They were also very sweet about the noises from my large overprotective rescue dog (who was crated but loud and really a big scared of everything baby). They explained everything to us novices from Seattle who know very little about air conditioning. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home. Very impressed.

Great customer service, honest people with competitive prices. Our AC became backed up with water which tore open the duct and caused a leak in our ceiling. They were at our home within a few hours and had a restoration person out super quick. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Three individuals from this company broke into secured parts of my home during an installation, I am pursuing criminal charges, do not allow this company on your property. They will not even listen to complaints with multiple hangups, refusal to call back, etc. This company is run by and hires criminals. The "comfort specialist" James Page authorized the men who broke into my property, and should be fired immediately while the other men should rot in jail.

Saw their truck driving around like a maniac! Tail gating other cars, rushing their tail rear, cutting other cars off, complete A-HOLES!

Mike the service man very nice and explained everything. I would have given 5 stars, except for the two capacitors that were bad were so expensive, the unit is cooling better. I am thankful I got a membership, saved me labor

John came back and finished the warranty work on our roof top unit. It was about 106 degrees at the time. He was up on the roof for 2-1/2 hours! He came at 2PM and finished around 4: 30PM. That's dedication to his customers.

JOSH got here within the time frame. Was very helpful, explained what he would be doing. Went to work, found something that had shorted out. Explained we still were under warranty (10yrs) replace the parts, showed me pictures of before and after. Did the maintenance on the unit, note it needed more of a cleaning. Showed me more pictures of before and after. Than came back in the house and checked more readings of intake and out. Josh was very good tech and a courteous guy. Thank you Goettl for hiring such efficient techs.

Lady answered phone wouldn't give a quote. Never had to argue for a quote before. Then she finally did way more then other quotes I received elsewhere.

Had Patrick out today to look at my system. A guy from another company said system needed to be replaced. That the compressor was bad and that I should just replace it with a new system. Quoted me for 3 systems ranging from 8-16k. Patrick got here and fixed it in 10 minutes was just a capacitor. Great price and no lies or schemes. Awesome experience. He was clean truck was clean and was all around friendly and professional.

Goettle advertises that they provide a unique service in an industry that deals with very frustrating times for families. Our Tech Josh was extremely friendly, very thorough and we perceived him to be very honest and trustworthy. He presented us with the good and bad about our system (mostly bad), backed it up with photos and presented us with options in a way that was nothing like a sales pitch or pushy. Based on our experience with Josh, we expect to use Goettle again in the future.

If you have a system over 8 don't bother calling for service, you will simply get a technician, aka salesperson, telling you it's just time for a new unit. We put new coils in last summer after being told that would fix our issue, and now being told we need a new unit. Also, it took them 10 trips to get the installation correct last summer. I'm guessing there is some increased financial incentive as of late for techs to sell units, those radio ads must be cutting into the bottom line.

The customer service starting from the office representatives to the service technicians is wonderful. I was having an issue with my air conditioner and they got me on the schedule as quick as possible (same day). They both were very curtious and friendly.

Really fast response time. Called at 7: 00, technician arrived a few hours later. Tech Mark was courteous and thorough. He explained the needed repairs and performed them very quickly. Thanks Goettl!
