23Excellent experience with the company assessing my issues. I would have gone with them if their price was competitive with another vendor. Would still recommend them for the rejuvenation work, though.
2 weeks after the goettl tech visits I noticed leaking water coming from my ceiling at 11pm. Turns out the Goettl tech did not re attach a support strap on the pan causing it to lean, not drain, and leak. Now I have drywall and paint damage. I have never liked AC repair people since I have called them out on flat out lies before. This wouldn't surprise me if it was intentional since they pushed us for $10K for a new system. The pictures are after it had been drying out for over 12 hrs.
I just got off the phone with a representative. I asked them to come take a look at my system because it quit working and I need a complete replacement. They asked if I have a home warranty to which I replied that I do but am not planning on making a claim for it. He then told me that they refuse to work on my system or quote me a new one. I don't know how they can afford all that advertising while turning down cash paying customers. I'm completely blown away!
