24I had my air conditioner serviced, and I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician. He explained everything carefully and didn't talk down to me just because I'm a woman. I will continue to use Goettl for my future hvac needs.
The technician that came out to my house was very friendly and professional. He allowed me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing. We had a great conversation and I found out he was retired military. I want to thank him for his service to our country, and I want to thank him for the excellent service he provided! If you continue to hire people like him your company will thrive for centuries!
Sal came to my home to do a REJUVENATION - he was respectful, and answered all of my layperson questions. He is both Laura (me) and Kara (dog) approved.
Service was great. Not 5 star because disappointed that they postponed call until Aug. Asked for customer service manager to call me back and they did not. I then went to their Web site and had an online chat then they had the manager call me and scheduled a service call within two weeks.
