Place was nice and clean took my daughter's for their back to school haircuts. Very nice and friendly hairstylists. Will definitely go back again

I took my daughter for a simple haircut. She wanted a few inches cut off. That’s not what she got.: (It was awful.

I love this place and Michelle is the best. One thing- Why have they made it so I can't talk to anyone when I call? VERY ANNOYING! How am I supposed to see if Michelle is working?

I tried to check in on line from my phone but the app isn't working. So I went on down anyway to see how busy it was. There were two people getting haircuts and three waiting when I checked in. She asked me if I checked in on line and I said I was unable to so she took my name and number. She did not say anything more. As I waited till both customers were finished and the other three were all processed I expected it to be my turn. This took about an hour. Then people started showing up who had checked in on line and she told each one about 10 minutes. I asked her how long of a wait I was going to have now and that's the first time she bothered to mention that it was going to be 2 more hours. I left immediately, and I will not be going back to any Great Clips EVER! Why don't they just put up a sign that says ON LINE CHECK IN ONLY!

I just called for a haircut and Pam told me that they had 100 people in line and it was 5 o’clock and she could not get a haircut today she said they were way too busy and did not need the business and told me to go elsewhere! So I am doing that!

Vickie gives bad haircuts. My significant other came to me with a terrible hair cut. He paid $14.00. I think he should've been refunded.

Laurie is amazing! Super friendly! Checked in online and only had to wait for a bit when we got there. In and out quick!

Correct prices of perms are only for partial perms
I expected to pay $45.00 and ended up paying $65.00 for short hair perm. The cost of full perms were not listed. The person that did mine hardly spoke not friendly at all. The only good thing from this visit was the time for me to get in and out. I don't understand when my friend and I go there for hair cuts every one is normally nice.

Friendly but the wait can be long, download the app - check in online and you'll feel like a celebrity getting ahead of everyone else who has to wait.: -/

I have been going to this great clips for as long as I can remember. Even when I was a kid I would get my hair done here. The gals here are always really nice and prices are really good. They always do a good job and know what I like. The only problem I ever have is they always try and get me to buy their expensive products no matter how many times I tell them no thank you and that I can't afford them.

Terrible haircut place they messed up my hair I should have not given a tip will not be coming back

Didn't trust them with my beard after out miscommunication with my hair, but they did a quick and good job for a cheap price.

Maria is the best hairdresser she's at the 59th Avenue and Thunderbird location ask for her by day but you will not be disappointed

Maria is the best hair stylist ever I believe, but everyone else is not far off! Wonderful location and atmosphere, if there is a bad review, that person must simply have been having a very bad day.

Don't go here if you want a good hair cut, not for men mostly women, they don't know how to do line ups, fades, beards, or light trims. Don't know how good they cut women hair but men hair is a no go.

Checked in online, it said 17 minute wait. Got there. 30 minutes later they say, "in about 10 minutes". You have to give them a bunch of personal information to get a haircut. Last name, phone number, etc. I think it's probably just a marketing tool. They might sell phone numbers to sales companies.
