Great Clips, Glendale AZ

I was a lil hesitant about taking my 2 and 4yr old sons there. But they did a greatjob. They were patient and very good with my kids. Ill be going back.

This Great Clips locatiin is the best! Very clean friemdly attentive staff! Cynthia does an awesome job especially at xutting long hair!

Very friendly staff, the hair cut was great. The wait was a bit long even after checking in online.

Always a pleasure coming here. LOVE the online checkin that Bryce and his 1 star review for no reason clearly didnt take advantage of. What people like him dont realize is that is the company HQ controlling online stuff, but these reviews are a reflection of the LOCATION and STAFF, NOT the company. You put people's jobs at risk with your my-time-is-more-precious-than-anyones attitude. Not that you would care. Pricks will be pricks. To the staff, keep doing what you're doing. I have never once had a fleck of an unpleasant experience at this location in years. A+

Don't bother checking in they don't follow the list. The check in time said 7 minutes I waited around 20 min before I left. People were walking in, their name went to the bottom of the list, and then they went to the back to get their haircut right away while my and another person had to wait even longer. Most of the girls just sat in the back and talked. Poor customer service.

Came in just recently and had excellent service was greeted right away helped asap and the lady was wonderful even with my wife hovering over her she just knew what to do exactly and it looks great.

Understaffed and a silly check-in method that lets people skip over you in line. Not so great clips.
