37Very easy to relax and watch a movie. Saw Nomadland.excellent. Frances McDormand is fantastic. Go back to Harkins and see great movies.
The new social distancing protocols are in place and people are.spred out through the theater, I made for amore enjoyable movie experience
I was told back in December bring your refillable pop corn bag and they won't fill but they would give me a new bag and they would put a R on it. So I did that today and I was told no they would not give me a new bag with a R and throw my old one a way. Then they call the manager over to tell me the same thing. After saying I'll see what I could do for you. If they won't refill your bag then they shouldnt charge you up the a$$!
Ever since last year I consider seeing a movie in the theater to be a real treat. Harkins takes health safety really serious with mask wearing and social distancing. I go out of my way to see movies at Harkins theaters. Their member rewards are great and they offer nice concessions at reasonable prices. Their buildings are always clean and the employees are always professional.
It's a great theatre. Prices are even fair if you get the loyalty cups and popcorns. Well maintained and clean. The chairs don't recline unfortunately.
I waited over 10 minutes to get A pretzel but I found out that it was rock hard as rock and a had to put some water on it and put in the microwave for 40 seconds but she didn't ever ask me if I still wanted it until she came back to me.
It is so nice to have this theater in the neighborhood. In the past there were theaters but for a few years, none. So welcome back!
Great theater, but no senior discount, best popcorn & the best thing, they have the condiment for free, not like the theaters in vegas
The seats are made for skinny people; I'm a fat person. That's really my only complaint, though.
The staff are friendly and the theater is well-maintained. I'm not sticking to the floor or tripping over trash when I'm on my way to my seat.
Harkins theatres is consistently better than AMC or Cinemark. Their awards program, and popcorn is in my opinion consistently better than either of the other theater chains.
Worst restaurant ever. First, they charge you $10 to get in the door. And then $7 for an appetizer of - wait for it - popcorn. You're then shuffled into tiered dining rooms where they apparently forgot tables, oh, and service. I guess you have to serve yourself. To top it off, they have a really big TV that's super loud. It's impossible to carry on a conversation.
I like that you don't have to get an assigned seat here on opening night of new movies, it's almost impossible to get a ticket at AMC for new movies. I don't like that they got rid of the birthday popcorn coupon but you do get $5 rewards instead for your birthday gift.
The audio for this place is great. Very loud and booming. I usually come here when theres an intresting scary movie playing.
Nice central location for Harkins. Attached to the mall that also has a Target, Walmart and Costco among other stores. Walkable to light rail.
I used to be an AMC guy, but I much prefer Harkins now. The theater is well taken care of and for it being attached to a mall it doesn't get to packed. I'm a big guy so the seats are little small but recline back so it's comfortable. They off different flavorings fo popcorn which I like, and you should get the souvenir cup. If you bring it back at your next move the refill is $1.50. That's worth it alone.
Overall pretty good experience. I must admit i've been spoiled by the recliner seats at other theaters. But customer service was good seen and the popcorn was hot.
Have attended at other times.clean never crowded snak bar always busy but I selected the wrong movie & they will work with you if thats an issue
Viewing area and sound are excellent. Lobby clean. Rest room clean. Concession prices are ridiculously high. Next time I bring my own. Not sure who these seats are designed to fit but wasn't comfy (perhaps mine was broken) Oh and WAY too many previews.
P.s. I just spoke with the person who accompanied me and was told that their chair was also not comfortable.
I like this theater. I am hearing impaired and they offer the visual closed caption boxes but they are all kinda broken which is a bummer.
