Harkins Theatres Christown 14, Phoenix AZ

It was my favorite place to go watch a movie, but it kinda gets crowded! And lines to get popcorn take too long! Its now my second place to go watch a movie lol

Always clean with quick, friendly service. Not super busy all the time, so a good place to go if you're the type who always runs a little late getting to the movie. Due to that, it also helps to not miss the film when your going to get some food from concession.

The staff were great. They gave me a refund with no trouble at all, and they were very kind. The only problem I have is that the place is infested with bedbugs. I thought I was just being paranoid when I decided to check. But to my surprise I found one sitting not 5 inches away from my arm.

Theater is very clean, friendly staff, popcorn is always fresh and usually isn't to busy. The seats are comfortable and the movies are up to date. You can actually enjoy the movie without the noisy crowd. This is the theater I go to any time I decide to go to a movie. Give it a try, I think you'll enjoy it.

I love this theatre! The staff is friendly enough considering they're all hormonal teenagers. Never had a problem with showings

The theatre is nice and well kept however the lines for snacks are disorganized. The employees do nothing to help this. One time I waited 15 minutes to get snacks and when it was my turn the employee ignored me and helped someone who just got in line. I guess I'll just have to not by snacks here anymore and just get food before my movie.

Great place love this movie theater I left my phone on the counter and the employee had put it away and I was available to get it back thanks staff

Like watching new movies that come out normally romances the staff doesn't seem to.be rude and they are really considerate of the customer. Great customer service

Ok for classic movie going.they need to move up with AMC recliners reserved seats better food options and rewards program

Very efficient, clean theater. Met all my expectations. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it was not as clean as it could be and the facility is a little dated. Additionally, the tickets were more expensive than I'm used to paying.

Huge.very nice.but with the cost of movie and popcorn it very well should be.crazy.but I guess it is normal it had been 4 ever since I went to movie.now I see why

Harkins is a local chain of movie theaters. Pretty standard movie set up. You can butter, salt, and flavor your popcorn here. This specific location is brand new, but a little out of sight tucked back behind a wall Mart and away from the street. It is attached to a mall but the entrance is outside by the parking lot.

Always busy on the weekend. Suggest you arrive 30 min before your movie minimum, after parking, especially if you want concessions. But it's my favorite Harkins in the Valley. The theaters are more comfortable, the staff is nicer, the restrooms are (usually) cleaner.

Went to see incredibles 2. Very crowded and understaffed. Still fairly clean for being so busy and when i got popcorn i was by myself but got popcorn for me, my wife and 3 kids, the person who gave me the popcorn helped me to.my seat seeing i was having trouble with everything.

Nice theater. Lots of screens. Does Not have tested seating at this point, which I like, actually. Service is always good.

First of all it is my go to place, but honestly Harkins at this location needs to update. The mediocracy of this theater is sad after being at different theatres with dolby, IMAX, and other perks like reserving your seat and reclining seats.they NEED to start updating this theater.

Decent theater, clean, safe etc. The line for concession was only about 5-6 people long, but took 20 minutes. They need additional personnel to cover the busy times. Understaffing hurt efficiency, badly.
