Impact Auto Body, Mesa AZ

We took our car in for front end damage repair. After disassembly additional damage was found. Impact auto worked with our insurance company and got plan worked. Upon completion, it was impossible to tell the car was ever damaged. The beautiful part was that the car looked like the entire car had been detailed. Looked better than when first purchased. Than you Impact.

Prompt service, they kept in communication with us and did everything possible to meet our deadline. Their personnel were very friendly and professional.

I brought my car here to have the bumper repaired due to being rear ended and it turned out gorgeous! I want to bring my car back in just to have other little boo boos touched up Super friendly staff, upfront, honest and, continually kept in touch the entire time they had my car. Highly recommend!

Went here on a recommendation and I was expecting a great business. That is exactly what I got! Went there for a bent/ alignment Mercedes Sprinter Van hood. They fixed it within 10 minutes. MB dealership said I would need to replace entire hood at $1100. Can’t thank everyone there for there honesty and the talent they used to get this done. Thx!

WE had our 2015 Toyota Highlander rear bumper repaired after someone hit us. This is the second time we went to them for a repair on two different vehicles. I was very satisfied with the work they did on my 2014 Subaru Forester.
They were very friendly and kept me informed during the repair. My insurance company "low balled" the estimate and Impact went back to them and debated their estimate with that of my insurance and won the "debate. " I highly recommend Impact for their work and service.

I wish there was a higher star rating I could give. I gave Impact Auto Body and JJ quite a challenge with my vehicle repair and they did not give up until it was perfect, returned to me showroom ready.

Outstanding experience! JJ was excellent and this body shop really does care about the customer. When GEICO tried putting aftermarket parts on my brand new 2018 (less than 1K miles) Hyundai Santa Fe and on my estimate, JJ and Impact auto body was defending me 100% and were successful with OEM parts. They did a great job and I can't say enough on how pleased I am.

Impact auto body does an awesome job all the way around. The customer is kept in the loop as to what's happening with their car. The work done on the car is excellent. The staff is very caring and responsive.

I am very pleased with the rear window replacement and bumper repair. IMPACT has a very friendly staff, especially Whitney. Whitney kept me updated with the status of my van repair, and went over the repair work at delivery. My van was also detailed inside and out, which I appreciate.
The shop and waiting area were very clean also.

Our company brings all our work trucks to Impact when needed so we've been working with them for a long time and have always had great experiences. So, when it came time to repair my personal vehicle, there was no question who I was going to trust with the repairs. Repairs are now done and of course they did it again, thank you Bob and Debbie Schubert, JJ and everyone at Impact!

JJ Solem was most helpful during this repair keeping me informed as to progress and availability to pick up when repair was complete.
When I got my car back it was spotless and the repairs looked like there had never been any damage. He was even able to get custom modifications completed for this repair. My only concern was the time it took to get in for repair and the time it took to complete. Would definitely recommend Impact Auto to my friends should the occasion arise.
