Impact Auto Body, Mesa AZ

This is my second dealing with Impact Auto Body and it was every bit as advertised if not more. I had some damage to the roof of Silverado caused by a monsoon storm. I took the truck into Russ who gave me a quote and then a few months later I called to make an appointment to drop the truck off for the body work. In between the time my windshield took some rock damage and had a healthy crack in it. With them having to remove the glass I filed through my insurance to have the glass covered as I had done previously with no issues. The insurance company (the little green lizard one) decided all of the sudden that this time the glass needed an inspection in order to be replaced. Impact had already removed the glass but did their best to accommodate and send pictures to the inspection company. Needless to say they rejected my claim stating they were not able to inspect it, which they had never done previously when I have had glass replaced. After numerous attempts to rectify this with the insurance company by not only myself but Russ as well they still decided to deny the claim so it was going to come out of my pocket (I dropped them that afternoon as I vowed they would not see another dime from me). When I received a call that the Silverado was complete and ready for me to pick up and they informed me that the owner was accepting responsibility for the windshield stating they should have gotten pictures before it was removed. From where I sit this was above and beyond what I expected. I had already succumbed to the fact that I was going to pay for this windshield and never once thought that Impact had any responsibility in this mess. Was a nice surprise from a well run customer first company that is hard to find these days. On top of that the truck was not only fixed and perfect but had been detailed and looked amazing. Russ also called me on numerous occasions to keep me updated on the body work while it was in the shop which I really appreciated. The quality was expected, the great service was expected as I had done business with Impact in the past and was recommended by people that I trust that used them in the past as well.going above and beyond like they did just solidified my stance that I will never take my business anywhere else. Impact is the best and it is not even close. Thanks Again!

Impact does top notch quality work, just had a major repair down to my daughter's Cruze and couldn't be happier with the results. The office staff is really helpful and friendly too, and I was kept informed on status of my job on a regular basis.

It has seriously been a breath of fresh air dealing with this company. JJ has gone above and beyond to help my mother out, and I'm so grateful for how well they've worked with us. You just don't come across companies like this anymore. THANK YOU JJ!

The owner provided shop inspection and compared to other you can eat lunch off Impacts floors, parts are in inventory not just laying around. Russ communicated very well on steps in progress. Yukon Denali repairs look great, almost new inside and out. So far no problems and I will update if anything changes but I will recommend Impact to friends and neighbors.

My Silverado was recently damaged due to a gate closing on it, I took it to Impact Auto Body off Mckellips and Higley and was well taken care of! Highly recommend the business. Russ was the gentleman that I dealt with and I am 5 Star happy about the service I received and even more the work that was performed. I don't think I have had any service industry company that was as good as Impact Auto Body. During the time they held my car for repairs, JJ there updated me regularly on the options and timeframe for work to be done. They worked with my insurance company to actually reduce my cost due to the unusual type of repair I needed. Not only was their customer service spectacular, they did excellent work fixing my car. I had no doubts they were there to help me.
