Brought a fleet vehicle in and received diagnostics and advice. What really earns them such a solid 5 star was doing the homework to find and refer me to a completely different shop for my specific needs. I was at their shop on a Friday afternoon and at 8 am Monday Ken was on my phone telling me where to go (in the nice way) Thank Ken and Family for the excellent service. We will be back

I've been here a few times now. I come all the way from Glendale to use this shop because I trust them and their work. They have the ability to handle modified vehicles which is great. Very friendly staff all around. Quick service. Very very honest. Today I brought my car in for front end alignment because I made some minor suspension adjustments and dropped the subframe for some repairs. Turns out my alignment was still dead on from the last time they did it so they were honest and didn't charge me anything for the check. I will definitely continue using Jack's for my alignments and recommend you do as well.

I just have to say WOW! I took one of my vans in for an alignment and unfortunately for me it turned out to be way more than an alignment. Jack's found a company for me that could make the repairs necessary as well as the alignment. I am so impressed with the amazing customer service I received. Stellar!

I recently had recall work done at the honda dealership and they told me I needed other repairs. I brought my civic here for a second opinion and they confirmed that the repairs the dealership insisted on were not needed.

Amazing honest fast service. Brought my car down after being told by Discount tire that I may have an alignment issue. Scheduled an appointment with Jack's. They inspected my car and told me there was nothing wrong with my car's alignment, and didn't charge me to do so.
I highly recommend them to everyone.
There is a reason why my parents have gone there for all these years.
