Great service inside and out. Stephanie was personable and helpful. They guys drying and vacuuming are hard working! Thank you to Jacksons for not forcing the men working outside to wear masks, (that would be cruel.) This is a company I WILL support!

This location is awesome! The ladies at the front are so nice and they do an awesome job. My car came out beautiful. I will definitely be back again. You definitely get your money worth at this location!

Worst experience at a car wash. They Took my jeep through twice for some reason. Almost lost my tire cover dirt and grease on the outside of my jeep. I had to clean it all again when I got home. Also interior was vacuumed but must be terrible vacuums because didn't do very good. Dirt all inside of the dash and cup holders. Also someone spilled my hand sanitizer all over the inside of the passengers side. Unacceptable. Would like to share the photos but can't get them to add.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Absolutely terrible experience - a $380 interior/exterior 3 hour long car detail ended with a car that is still covered in soap residue on the exterior, has not be vacuumed or shampooed, and they are unwilling to refund more than $200. AWFUL! Multiple other people there complaining at the same time, so this does not seem to be a rare occurrence. I only wish I had read the reviews before going in the first place.

Stopped By Jacksons car wash for the Oil Change and free wash package. The inspection included checking my brakes as well. They showed me the measurments of my pads on a ipad as i sat in the waiting area. The quote they made in front of me on the same ipad was fast and fair so i had them do my brakes as well. Fair fast and transparent. I found my new mechanic shop. They do alot more than just fluid flushes. Thanks Guys for the great deal and being honest.

It's close by my house, it's the only reason I go there other than that I wouldn't. I pay $25 or more for a wash, it never gets cleaned good. The interior doesn't get wiped, I even asked what's included in the wash & even that doesn't get done. Windows dirty, water spots, small light long scratches on the sides of the truck, probably from the brushes, I've noticed one then another each time. So it's getting frustrating when it's a constant thing, I pay for a wash then have to come home & clean it myself after.

My brother and i came in for oil changes today. He got his brakes done and i got some fluids flushed that my dealership has been telling me about all year. I got a way better price than the dealership ever offered and it was done in an hour. The shop manager even gave us a great discount because my brother and i got work done together. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This Jacksons location misses the mark. Every time I go in I get the works on my car, I paid for the membership. They do the job quickly which I appreciate, but there is no attention to detail. If you just need the outside clean they do a good job, but to get your car treated like you'd like, make the drive and go somewhere else. I personally drive to the PV mall location because I know they will take the time to take care of my car.

This was the WORST detailing and vaccuming job I've ever paid $49.99 for. After they said it was all done there was still trash under the seats, which they left obvious. Then when I asked the guy to please do what I paid them to do, when he said it was done, I found the trash thrown behind the back seat!

I tried calling to speak to a manager and got hung up on.

I'm disgusted!

By the far the worst car wash ever! Before driving off I noticed they didn’t even clean the inside of my car the guy came back and “cleaned” it really quick my rims weren’t polished they still had dirt on them he polished over it offered to wash it again but I didn’t have the time to wait again. I was hoping I could post pictures but it’s not giving the option. Won’t ever be returning

April and Lluvia demonstrated the utmost proficient and adapt customer service skills I’ve witnessed. The value they add to this business cannot be overstated. Cannot be more satisfied.

Went in to have my car washed and service done. The manager Gilbert found that the company that did my last service damged my threads on my oil pan. He went above and beyond to to do what he can to fix the problem. Being that I am a female, Im always afraid of being taken advantage of. He made me feel comfortable and this will be the only place i come from now. My car is leak free now. Thank you Gilbert, my garage floor says thank you as well.

Had two cars "detailed" here and neither was done correctly. Didn't even touch the windows. 3 hours for what? Sent back 3 times to be fixed. Next time I will read these reviews first. Too much to fit here.

Worst car wash in Arizona. Brought my two Bmw’s today for wash. First one was washed okay, second one i bring. The employee speeds up and leaves the car wash with my car! God knows where and why! I ask for manager and “ I’m sorry” is all i get! Really? ! Who gave them rights to drive customers car and leave property and god knows what he did to my car. Will never return here again. Will call every corporate phone number that exists. Screw you Jacksons and your employees. SHAME ON YOU!

Cashiers April & Stephanie went above & beyond advising me about the members program offering discounts on common auto services, no other employee had offered the info, & I have been a customer for years. Plz recognize with a monetary recognition, they deserve it! I may have been a member for years, supporting the business. Plz do this! TY for such Excellent service from from April & Stephanie

I paid $40 to have my Jeep cleaned. They did a horrible job on the detail. They never opened the tail gate to clean the back window or anything else. I called to complain and was told the manager would call me back. Still waiting for that call back 8 days later. Would not recommend using this car wash!

I only come here for my oil changes, the full service oil change is worth it, the guys are really nice and I never feel like I’m being ripped off! I spend the same $ here as I did at jiffy lube, but here I get a free car wash with the oil change

I was very disappointed in this car wash I paid almost $50 to have my car cleaned.
The inside of my front window is still dirty especially the bottom part of the window the rest is streaked.
The back of my car the hatch back door still had dirt on it. I don't think I will go back there.

Gilbert in the oil and lube department was beyond amazing! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
