I have been getting my car washed at this location for about a year now and always leave happy. I love that you have the choice of driving thru yourself if you are just in need of a quick wash. The convenient store is fun to browse if you have more time. The 5th star is for the customer service. I always have great interactions with those that work here - especially Stephanie! She's a ray of sunshine!

I used this location this morning for a full detailing of my car, and it was a very disappointing experience. They charged me $382 for the service, and told me it would take 2 hours. 4 hours later, I picked up my car, only to find that there was soap residue on the outside, and handprints in several places. On the inside, my backseats were only partially cleaned, and the front seats hadn’t been touched. There were still food crumbs beside the seats as well. When I complained and said I wanted a refund, the third person I spoke with told me all they could do was $150, despite agreeing it was a poor job. After I said that was unacceptable, he made the refund amount still only $200, telling me that’s the most he could do. I heard 2 other customers complaining about the quality of the cleaning of their cars while I was there. I will NEVER be returning to this place.

I took my brand new truck to get it clean there and paid $70 thinking they would do a good job what I can say is that my seven-year-old would’ve done a better job my car looks worse than it did when I brought it in if they do have any good reviews it Hass to be either from family members or from workers because there’s no way that they know what they’re doing horrible horrible horrible job it’s gonna take me two hours at least to clean the mess that they made.

Got a car wash today and they did an amazing job. Also loved the customer service of April up at the front desk! Highly recommend this car wash.
