I was very disappointed on my visit to Joanne’s today. I’ve always had good customer service. Today I called and asked about a particular fabric. I talked with the manager, she said they had it in the store. I drove a long way to get there and found out they didn’t have it. I asked for help to get it online, to get free shipping. They had one lady try to help me, but with no success. Asked fir help from the manager and she was helping someone else, and was no help to get my order. The problem they told me was their internet connections weren’t working. They truly dropped the ball today with customer service
