Jones Ford Buckeye

I did a lot of shopping around and can honestly say that the folks at Jones were the not only the friendliest but the most professional out of everyone I worked with in my new car search. Eric was awesome and helped me find the perfect vehicle. I test drove a bunch and he was patient and answered all my questions. There was no pressure, And after taking my time and going to several other dealerships to compare I ended up coming back to Jones. Collin put together a discounted warranty package and I was on my way. Overall, a pleasant experience and they even gave me free espresso! I'm very happy with my new vehicle and would certainly recommend Jones Ford to everyone.

I had a 7: 30 service appointment. They got me in and had the problem diagnosed and fixed and even the car washed by 8: 30. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this dealership.

We recently decided to close our foster license so we no longer have the need for a large vehicle anymore. We bought our 12 Passenger Ford Transit brand new in 2017 from Jones Ford Buckeye. The service there was so great that I decided it was worth the two hour drive from our home to reach out to them and see if we could work a deal to trade this same Transit back in, now, for a smaller (7 passenger vehicle). When I called Jones Ford, I was transferred to Lalo Castrillo. He was incredibly patient with my very indecisive self. I knew we wanted a smaller vehicle but didn't know what. Once we figured out which Model vehicle I wanted, I had him run numbers on a few different ones. The entire time he was very respectful and informative. He is easy to talk with and followed through with everything he said. He worked with me for about two weeks before I finally decided to commit to a 2021 Explorer. He checked in with me every few days to see how things were going. Not one time was he pushy nor did he make me feel forced into a decision one way or the other. He responds back in a very timely manner and was always professional.
He worked hard with his Associates to get us a very great deal. Our entire deal for the buying process was handled over the phone. Once that was done and we got to their Dealer, they had the vehicle already being detailed and all paperwork done and ready to be signed. Upon sigining documents we were informed that the Finance Department had been working hard that morning to get us the best interest rate possible. We were pleasantly surprised with a lower interest rate and monthly payment than originally planned. Jones Ford managed to provide us with the same great service in 2021 as they did back in 2017. I highly recommend them! While, I am sure they appreciate the car sales they never once forced it. If you go here ask for Lalo. He's the BEST! Highly recommend him. We will definitely be coming back to Lalo for our next vehicle. Totally worth the 4 hour round trip. Thanks again Lalo!

I was looking for a 2021 F-150 with very specific trim and paint. My wife located one that met every expectation for sale at Jones Ford. Although we don’t live anywhere near Buckeye, I reached out and was put in touch with Lalo Castrillo. Lalo handled all of my questions through phone calls and texts, even sending me detailed photos to answer specific questions. When I decided to close the deal, Lalo and the Jones crew ran the paperwork to me and then delivered the truck. It was an excellent experience, and they provided great customer service all the way through.

This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Jones Ford. We had the pleasure to work with Eric Morales this time around and he is top notch. He was friendly and not pushy like alot of salesman. He was able to answer any questions we had regarding the vehicle we purchased. We will definitely be going back when the time comes to upgrade.

From the time you walk in the service door it is apparent that customer service is not their forte. Each of the few times I have been to the service department I walk in the door and stand and wait while one to three service advisers tap away at their computer without acknowledging me. For 5 minutes or more.
I had a rotation done on one vehicle and two days later discovered two lug nuts missing on one wheel.
Most recently I took my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, tire repair, recall issue and windshield washer repair. They said they could not repair the tire (I took it to a tire shop for repair) so they didn’t do the rotation. They wanted $350 to replace the windshield washer hose and jets. They didn’t get to the recall which consisted of putting a piece of tape over some sharp metal. They had to keep the car overnight to complete that.
I think I’ll look for a new dealership.

Better be rich or have perfect credit they may claim to work with bad credit but that's only if you have a lot of money.

Very honest and very polite Julie was wonderful sometimes we have come to Jones Ford in Buckeye and one of the service individuals has not been real nice but the service was really good but this last time we took our truck in it turned out to be a great experience for us thank you to Tom Jones Ford in Buckeye for being honest and of good integrity
