The woman working the desk was great. Got me signed in and showed me around. Very friendly and personable! Told me they would wash the car as part of service but either it wasn't washed or they did a very poor job washing it.

I have bought my 2nd car from this dealership and have had nothing but a great experience both times. I also get all service done at Jones Ford.always quick and stress free.

Free hot drinks and water. Vending machines. Technology technician was great at troubleshooting without support from his supervisor. Service associate is cheerful.

I would NEVER do business with this dealership i would rather drive to Phoenix or Tempe for quality customer service who i think are deserving of my money! I dealt with the manager Mr Pearson and was by far very dissapoined he was very very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills i will not ever be returning!

Why would 3 employees, including the service manager, say I don't have a cabin filter? The mgr even said he checked via my VIN and it came back as not having a cabin filter.

Fabulous experience with Dennis and the Service Dept. Coming home from CA at night, experienced flashing CEL and bad misfire on F150 just W of Buckeye. Made it to Buckeye, saw Jones Ford was there, so stayed the night. Dennis and team went out of their way to take care of me first thing next morning. Truck was fixed and I was on my way before lunch. Best auto service experience in long, long time. Great dealer.

I have been a Jones Ford Customer since we moved here nine years ago. Mostly just routine oil changes but did get two batteries for the diesel installed for less money than the parts store.
We now have a F-150 bought from Jones Ford and just got an oil change at the new dealership. Love that place. Thanks for the free car wash.

A little update: Had a horrible experience here taking forever to replace a battery. We sat in the lobby watching our truck on the monitor showing our truck in the shop with no one working on it for thirty plus minutes at a time. I plead with the service manager and just got excuses that were not relevant to the job.
At the request of my now late wife, I promised I would never go back there.
I just bought my new truck at Surprise Ford and very happy with it.

The process was very straight forward and enjoyable. There was no stress and Jared did everything to make sure I got the best deal. I was at a few other dealerships before I went to Jones and it was a waste if my time and nothing but disappointment and heartbreak. Save your time and energy and just go to Jones Ford from the start! They will give you the best service with honesty and integrity!

Needed minor stuff done in preparation for traveling. Made an appointment and the work was done quickly and professionally. The free truck wash was a bonus! Will be going back.
