Joyride Express Car Wash reviews
31THEY SANDWICHED MY CAR. I went in for a car wash and in the middle of the wash someone at the end pushed on their brakes. This caused a pile up of cars and instead of stopping the track, the attendants just let it run smashing cars into each other. Mine was in the middle and I was hitting the person in front of me and get smashed in the back by a truck. This went on and on with no one stopping the machine. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back. I have also told everyone I know not to go there. They just told us to fill out incident reports and someone would call me within a day or two.two months later and still no call or contact from them.
I had an issue with one of the machines not working but the supervisor came right over and took care of it immediately. Very well done.
They do an adequate car wash, but even with the self service bug wash, not everything comes off the car paint. The place is always busy so it is convenient.
I have been a member for a year, and right now that an accident happens I do not know who to hold responsible, I have almost two weeks that I put my go to wash and uni of the rollers broke my mirror we filled a report and they let me go but now I do not answer the phone and when he came to go there is not the manager
A fantastic car wash in Queen Creek, it might look and be crowded but you get in and out very quickly. They have some of the best vacuums in the valley, plus they stay open later than most car wash places.
Good Prices but half the vacuums dont work. Pain in the Butt to move your vechile into another vacuum spot then that vacuum doesn't work either
These guys charged my card an additional 15 when I renewed my subscription and had a very cavalear attitude about the fraudulent charge when contacted about it, saying it would autorefund but will take 3-5 business days for that to happen then tried blaming that on my bank. My bank is not the issue, the excessive 15 charge it holds just to verify the card is.especially in today's world of instant credit card transactions. Subscription canceled.
Great car wash, I love having the vacuums and compressed air with how the have the lines set up here, even if there are a lot of people you still don't have a long wait. Quick tip, the ends of the rows have more powerful vacuums and compressed air.
Once again, no soap coming out of the jets.and then no wax. Whichever part treats the water was not in place because we have water calichi spots all over our windows and mirrors.: - (
I love the free vacuums but my car doesn't wash correctly there with the shape. Left suds and mud but they ran it again but it didn't help so I left with a big mess on my car and drove down to a self-serve at Circle K and did it myself. They are a great car wash though, our other vehicles have no issues.
Let me start by saying how much I love this car wash! But it drives me crazy when I pay for the fast pass and I get stuck behind 5 cars using their card. There used to be one lane designated for fast pass and they took it down. My 3 minute car wash just took 20 minutes. Give the fast pass their lane back and my review would be 5 stars.
This car wash always leaves my car spotless. They also have a large parking area that is free to use for vacuuming and spraying your car with compressed air. I decided to get their monthly VIP pass and always get comments about how clean my car looks. This wash has kept my car looking like it just came from the dealer.
Lots of amenities included for free with any car wash. Monthly subscription comes with fast pass so you never wait in line
I've used them a few times but after going through the car wash today i have 100s of chips in my driver side windows and a couple in my windshield. Their equipment is not properly maintained and they don't care what happens to your stuff. Beware.
It fulfils its basic purpose of washing your car in a few minutes. In my case, extra drying is always needed. If compared to other local car washes, this one misses the drying rags others offer for the same price so I wouldn't need to stop home to pick some before heading for the car wash. It is usually busy but moves fast.
They used to pressure wash the vehicles before they went through the wash. The cars aren't as clean as they were when they first opened. If your canceling your membership, I'd recommend doing it 1 month before. Management replied a week after and by that time I was billed for another month, even though I moved out of state.
It's a joke for the top dollar car wash ($15) plus the ($3) tire shine. My 5 year old can give me a better tire shine than this car wash. Do not waste your money on the tire shine. The wash did not remove all of my grill bugs and there was a few missed spots.
I've have a monthly pass on both of our vehicles. Because I live in Florence I may visit the car wash once a week. Today the gate would not open, the manager came out and told me my account was blocked because one of the employees reported me as a "car wash abuser". Lol!
I used to like these guys, but their system broke an antenna on my car and they refuse to cover it. WARNING - STRIP YOUR CAR OF ANYTHING STICKING OUT BEFORE you go thru. There was an employee who said he looked for a manager, but none was available? Come on, the place is about the size of a post office. - Update: their sign says they don't cover "POWER ANTENNAS". A standard antenna is NOT a power antenna.
Didn't clean my car well at all. Then scratched my car all along the passenger side and back of car. Not happy.
