Joyride Express Car Wash, Queen Creek AZ

This is the worst car wash I've been to in AZ. You have to press the wash selections on the screens multiple times before it recognizes your selection, multiple cars backed up because of this. Weak dryers/air compressors, no free towels, vacuums didn't work. Save your money and go elsewhere, or better yet do it yourself in the driveway.

Seriously THE worst carwash I have ever been to! I went through the wash with a perfect car and left with a huge scratch on the back passenger side of my car. I talked to the manager about it and he told me to PROVE that the scratch was there before I entered the car wash. I could not believe it when he told me to prove it. What else do you do? He had no concern at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED!

Horrible management. Great employees though, I wish they were empowered by their management. I have a VIP pass because they are the only gig in town. Their machines ripped my husband's antenna of of the body of his truck and ripped his windshield wipers off twice ($10/wiper). They gave him an air freshener and management never called him. If another car wash opens I'll be saying my good byes to this one.

Hands down THE WORST car wash in town! It does not clean your car very good. The back of my car after the most expensive carwash was dirty still. The rail scratched my wheels and it left swirl marks on my paint! I tried to get in touch with management but they do not return my calls! Horrible carwash!

Sudden and unannounced rule changes regarding what vehicals can go through. Disorganised and un-informed employees. Cancelled my sub.

Usually it's pretty fast to get through and they have free vacuums and air hose to get the water out of the nooks and crannies

Love the basic car wash and upgrade services. I go there all the time and there isn't much wait. I also love that they provide free vacuum and towels to borrow to do a thorough dry on your car. The staff are nice and not grumpy, which is a plus in my book:)

MUD BATH
I purchased the Managers Special wash as I typically do at any car wash I use and to my surprise my car came out dirtier than when it went in! I had a feeling that was going to happen because I looked at a few cars ahead of me and they all looked a little dirty too. I understand their Queen Creek, AZ location is a busy one, but that does not justify the disgusting mess it left my car in! I attempted to request a refund of my money and the rep I spoke with just wanted to re-wash my car. What made him think I wanted to run my car through that again is beyond me and they refused to refund my money. Terrible. I will never use them again.

Good quality drive through wash will get your car nice and clean and a bug station to take care of tough stuff before you go through. The nozzles on the vacuums are the flat crevice tool. They don't offer wet washcloths like some car washes do and so I can't give them a 5. This location is usually very clean and have a vending machine with several products to sell for getting your car cleaned up and smelling good. Car washes start at $3 and we always get the $3 wash which works fine. The membership for unlimited washes is $18 a month so if you live near the car wash that's a great value in our dusty environment here in Arizona.

Automatic carwash with optional monthly passes for Fast Lane entry. Free air blower, vacuums, and floormat cleaners. I recommend the monthly pass!

Does not clean car as well as used to

Have to run car through twice to get half way decent clean. They push cars thru one after another. Don't think brushes cleaned or replaced. Dryers not effective. Air compressor lines and vacuums not as good as they should be
