Went to get a recall done on my car-they told me that I had no oil cap and oil was covering my air filter. Well-the last time my hood was up was an oil change by Kerry’s.so. Called and talked to Jose the manager. He didn’t argue or debate-just asked where the car was and ordered a new cap and filter to be put on the car now. Took the car into Kerry’s the next day-they cleaned the motor and changed the oil-plus gave me another oil change for free.
Why 5 stars? Everyone screws up-we’re humans. He said the guy doesn’t work there and made no excuses. They made a mistake and made it right to my satisfaction.

Excellent Service! Jason took the time to explain and show me what was going on under the hood of my car. I will most definitely be recommending Kerry's Car Care to my friends and family.

Would be 0 stars if possible. Great at attempting to upsell, but inept at actual repair.

Started out taking my car here when I moved to town. At first, I thought they were cool. Nice waiting room, courtesy shuttle, etc. Thousands of dollars later I pulled the plug on them. The last straw was when my wife brought her car (2014 Subaru) there for an oil change, and they told her it would be $4000 to repair various items and was unsafe to drive. She called me in tears. I took it to a dealership.the dealership fixed "$4000" in repairs for $600! Oh, and none of the issues were unsafe.

In addition to that, they sent me away missing 3 lug nuts ON ONE WHEEL. They ultimately DID replace them, but not before telling me it was not their fault.

One other thing, during differential service on my car, they crossthreaded and snapped the head off one of the bolts of the differential cover. Then they stuck the head back in place with silicone/sealant. They never mentioned this to me at the time of service. Guess how much that cost me to have fixed (drop diff, remove bolt, re-tap, servixe and reassemble) ?

Do you and yours a favor, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

This is not your typical “garage”. The Customer Service is top notch. You don’t feel like you need to take a shower after you leave, because the facility is so clean. There is a waiting room, that almost feels like your house. They have a shuttle service available as well. The work is professional, and I have yet to need to have anything re-done! Very convenient, glad to have Kerry’s in our area! Thanks Guys!
