LA Fitness, Queen Creek AZ

This gym is the best gym I’ve been to in awhile, the GM Trevor Is amazing he cares a lot about his members.he goes above and beyond for his members. I was Looking to get a membership and was really hesitant because EOS just charged me all these fees, so i really has my radar up. But when i showed up Trevor made me feel like he was actually there to help me and not just care about the sale. I tried the gym that day and signed up right after. I’ll definitely will be telling all my friends and family about this gym for sure. Thank you Esporta!

You would think after what is going on with the Covid situation the place would be cleaner, this place is as dirty as it was before they closed down. Esports took over and charges $14 less than the LA Fitness membership but they won’t let you switch, ridiculous. There is a new gym coming soon to Queen Creek and their locations are much cleaner and a better trained staff. Locker rooms here are dirty as well, very unsanitary place. Looking at other comments, this place has never had a clean look to it.

Good selection of equipment and amenities at a good price. Can't wait for everything to be reopened.

I don’t know what it takes so receive some decent service but apparently being a member for 5 years does not grant you that privilege. Try mountainside or EOS for better customer service and a reasonable price.

I went in with the intention of joining this gym and was extremely disappointed after walking around and decided not to join. I understand everything opening back up are trying to get back in the swing of things but you would think that a gym would attempt to have discounts or waive initiation fees. Not this one. $50 to 100 dollar initiation fee? The pool was in the process of draining so that wasn’t open. Neither was the whirl pool. My biggest concern were no machines were moved to help with social distancing and they had no spray in site to clean machines after each persons use. I literally walked by one machine right after someone stood up from using it and all I saw on the seat was sweaty butt marks. If that’s not spreading bacteria, I don’t know what is. Word of advice.you definitely need a new floor plan to spread your machines out. Put up cleaning stations near machines that has spray disinfectant and paper towels. So when people are done using it. They can clean it for the next person. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one, was because the gentleman at the front doors finally looked up and said would you like a tour or would you like to walk around yourself?

Terrible customer service. I got charged 180 dollars for a personal trainer, when it was supposed to be 80 for the first month. After explaining my situation I got a call stating that I was going to be refunded the 180 and the only thing that I needed was to pay 80
Dollars and do a new contract. After paying the 80 dollars. I was advised that something happened and I needed to re run my card again and charge another 80 dollars. I explain to the manager I have 180 and 80 dollars pending and that I was not going to re run my card again. Today I called my bank and ask if there was a refund pending and they stated no. So now I started a disputed. Which my Bank refunded me the money pending the outcome and block any further transactions for ESPORTA. Love the trainer however managed sucks

Meh.closest place that I can work out. The constant turnover tells me this gym must be a real drag to work for.which reflects in their customer service or lack thereof at times. Also equipment seems to be broken quite a bit.

Nice staff, the manager was very nice and helpful when we signed up. Restrooms look like they were built in the 90s, everything is manual even the paper towels dispensers. Urinals do not have any automatic flushers.

It's a bit over priced but the amenities are nice. It's crowded, dirty, and has virtually zero aesthetic. That said, it has almost all the equipment you'd ever need. Their functional training areas are minimal and are often blocked by their PTs, but there is a sauna, hot tub, and pool. It has it's tradeoffs.

Love my membership. All the locations I have been to are awesome. Great selection of machines, clean facility and locker rooms. They also have a big swimming pool and sauna. They also have the option to pay for a personal trainer if you want. I was always a little nervous to go to the gym but I feel very comfortable at LA Fitness.

One of the gals that works the front counter not friendly at all. Apparently doesn't know how to look up ur membership using a phone number.

LA Fitness has nice facilities. They are almost exactly the same wherever I go. Its nice to be able to swim in a good lap pool just about anywhere I travel.

Longtime member. Great amenities, lots of equipment, good location; pricing good be a little better compared to other gyms.

I have been going to this gym for awhile now, it has defiantly taken a turn for the better. Very clean, however equipment takes a long time to get fixed.

It is getting better in terms cleaning the bathrooms and the facility; however a machine could last months before it is repaired

Mostly clean and well maintained. Equipment could use an update but all of it will get the job done.

The sign up and membership process was a huge hassle and very annoying to deal with. The faculty was clean for the most part though.

I love the size of this gym and location. Only bad thing is they play the Fake News Network (CNN) and won't change it. Other than that I love it!

Doesn’t have outside security cameras at this facility.my truck was broken into talked to some employees they told me sorry they don’t have any cameras whatsoever front, back or sides of building.also told me someone was caught breaking into a car a week before. Very disappointed in that they don’t have any kinda security camera system that could help there customers by preventing and catching crimes. I know they aren’t liable for stuff but come on.something that could help both parties.
