LA Fitness, Queen Creek AZ

Previously had a gym membership here for over a year, moved across the country and came back to visit for a wedding. The DISTRICT manager would not permit me in without a photo ID and a "non negotiable $15 DAY pass. I am very dissapointed with my experience here and with the greedy management. Will not recommend.

The worst LA I have ever been to. Rude service from the young desk girl. Waited over a half hour to be helped by one of the sales people.all I wanted to do was simply work out.couldn’t even do that.lost my business. Anytime Fitness it is!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have so many complaints that I wouldn't be able to explain them all on here. First of all- NEVER let your children stay in the kids zone. I went in to find my 3, which are under 3, all left in the bathroom ALONE playing in the toilet. That is completely unacceptable to me. I called corporate ate the manager and only response is we are working to make changes. Really? Because I'm pretty sure their safety is not going to wait till they make changes. Secondly, I asked for the one trainer Rodney-only- and when he quit no one ever called till 3 months later to follow up or make an appointments with them even though I wouldn't go with anyone else.they say I can't cancel and that I'm under contract.well, he's not there anymore and on top of it have no childcare. They have not helped at all with the situation but to state "you signed a year contract ". I am contacting attorney general and going to write reviews where and whenever I can. I hope this helps others!

Got kicked out for supersetting with three sets of dumbbells and asked to never return by a personal trainer and the "operations manager. " Staff is awful

Good range of equipment for people at multiple fitness levels. The only issue is that if a machine breaks, it take a few weeks for for them to get it fixed.

Great customer service, nice amenities. I love the pool. Nice and clean. My daughter loves the classes and her personal trainer she has at LA Fitness.

Absolutely love this gym! I've been coming here for 5+ years and have always been welcomed by great service, a clean facility, and a good atmosphere.

Really convenient and respectful people from the times I went. Definitely my main gym I go to now.

Nothing extraordinary. Basic gym. No towel service & constant LA Fitness advertising. No free wifi.
