Great services for my twelve years old daughter. Been going there since she was eight years old in foster care system but finally adopted in 2016. Absolute best services set up for her. Family therapist Liz Clark. Home Case Aide, Family Support Aide, Respite, and case manager. Dr Sehn is a psychiatrist there and is A 1. She has a great job with my daughter medications. Finally after four years she is at the right level. I can't say enough about La Frontera.

Had my first visit, set up a apt: was waiting in the lobby with my baby for an hour what is the point of making an appointment and see that staff at list should keep you inform of what is going on every 15 min, se supone que La frontera tiene que ser profesional para la "ayuda "que ofrecen a nuestra comunidad,
Si tal vez la primera cita es de 1ora de espera o más pero un servicio es un buen servicio completo si lo demuestras desde el principio.

Do not go to LA Frontera if you need assistance. Their case managers rarely if ever return phone calls, appointments are canceled without notice.
Use El Rio instead.

My children and I have been going here for years with no progress. I haven't seen a provider in I don't know how long. When I am able to see one it's someone different everytime so my meds are changed every 3 months based on what the person I've spent less than 15 minutes with thinks. My children have been through multiple types of "therapy" with no result. This places treats you like a number and they make sure you know that is all you are.

Absolutely horrible. Really, look elsewhere. Zero therapeutic benefit here. Just added frustration and b.s.

So like yeah. Had an apt time for 8 this morning. 11 and still sitting in freaking lobby. Place blows duck butter. Zero stars if I could.

Janice Hanlon-Toth, you are the worst provider i have ever had to work with. I went in for help after waiting weeks and you made me feel even worse then when i walked in. I left feeling like i was inch tall and a complete failure. You should loose your license. Negative 3 stars if i could. You should be ashamed of how you treat people. Hope when your family comes in next week your happy because that is all you care about. Your the worst.
