New Tiffin 37AP. Contacted them and was referred to Service Rep Doug Kalich. All items were properly repaired and done on a short time schedule (mine). Couldn’t be happier and after bad experiences with other RV repair facilities in the area very happy to find one with excellent service.

The staff here is very nice and helpful! They were able to answer all of our questions and helped my parents get an RV. They made sure everything was ready with the RV and hooked it up to the truck. Than we were on our way! They even had amazing homemade cookies!

After we have had our RV for the week, we realize that the turn over was done incredibly poorly.

There were multiple issues that we had to take care of but the worst thing was when they removed the window sticker, they severely scratched up the plexiglass type window, all around where the window sticker was. It's impossible to look out the window and not see how severely scratched the window is.

We brought it up to Erick, the person that did our orientation and he told us that 'we can't worry about those small things' (a $700 issue).

We sent follow up afterwards, after a survey, multiple times, and after reaching out to a manager, Chris, he resolved the issue immediately.

This was not a good experience. During the final walkthrough when we came to pick up our brand new RV, we were finally able to see through the main window of the RV. And it was horribly scratched, someone at the dealership took a razor blade to the plastic window and ruined it bad! It's almost the entire window that someone must have been trying to clean with a razor blade. Even though it's plastic, not glass! You can't look through it without first seeing these deep scratches
I brought this up right away to Eric to try and find out if they could fix it or replace it or give me money off so I can fix it. He did his best to blow it off, telling us he has no idea what it would cost to fix and he told us we shouldn't worry about the small stuff, he just acted like he didn't care at all so we would stop talking about it I guess. He was very short with us from then on and failed to show us all of the functions of our RV which really sucked.
It would have been so nice to work with someone who cared more and would just be helpful.
Now living with the window as it is is terrible! It's definitely not something small when the whole window is scratched all over and you are looking through that window everyday to see your amazing view. It's makes me really sad.

Very good salesman. They will take you through the different styles and explain the features and answer? Then let you check out the different models on your own
No pressure.

Great selection, competitive pricing, we live in Las Vegas, NV.but were willing to travel 300 miles because the price we were giving was $200,000 yes $20,000 cheaper then any place in Las Vegas with this specific fifth wheel. The staff was very friendly and followed up on our purchase to make sure we were satisfied

We're in the market for an RV and saw many offerings from LA Mesa RV in different locations. We started reading reviews and what we found were constant apologies from management about their sales and service with promises to do better. However, it seems "better" never comes, just more apologies. Sorry, this dealer won't be seeing my money.

Unfortunately selection is limited to all larger trailers and Motor coaches. No smaller ones that I was interested in purchasing.

Had RV in the shop for quite awhile. Communication felt like we had to call and get status updates instead of keeping us in the loop.

Poor experience. Several of the motorhomes/trailers I was interested in were locked & not once was I greeted by an employee the entire hour plus that I shopped their lot. I took the 100,000 I've been saving for this occasion to a different lot. Some salesman lost out on a hell of a commission & generous tip. Start paying your customers some attention La Mesa RV Center! I would've liked to have done business w/ you guys since it's where my son bought his first & second RV.

Bought a new 5th wheel from them. I could go on for an hour of how LaMesa did not fix anything that was wrong rather out right stalled us for almost the year of the guarantee so we would have to pay. We were flat out lied to by the service department. We got ahold of the manufacturer and they said that was typical of LaMesa RV. They sent us to another dealer for repairs and paid for them even though the one year was up. Beware of LaMesa RV in Mesa AZ. They should have zero stars.

As soon the sales person heard that my budget 40K was as low as his cheapest RV in the lot, he walked us to the RV and literally walked away.wow not cool, not going back.

Appt 3/20 at the Mesa east location and dealt with Mike in the service dept. I was a very frustrated owner that on my trip stopped by the Albuquerque store for generator and no power in the bedroom problem. After spending $400 and told I would need a part for generator that would have to be ordered and told that power in bedroom was good I kept going on my trip. That night” no power in bedroom”. A wasted $400! Dropped coach off at 11am and we came back about 2: 30 and there was my coach out front generator running. Mike told me his service manger call Albuquerque and was not happy with them and got the service money on generator back for me. All it was - fluid way low (why was that not checked along with 3 loose fitting) I do not know, fixed! As far as bed room 3 loose wires! Mike took my anger like a man, made me laugh and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ask for Mike if u r taking RV in for service at Lamesa east

My experience in service was just as bad as my experience with sales. I ended up not buying from La Mesa given the poor sales experience, but was required unfortunately to return for warranty service on the unit I bought out of state. If you plan on doing warranty service, be prepared to wait 3 months for basic parts and fixes.terrible communication from the sales people. I had to take my RV out it took so long. Also, i was not getting any responses on my email follow ups, and finally called to learn that my tech, Richard was fired. Way to go La Mesa, nice of you to inform all of the customer he was working with. What a waste of time sending all those emails to someone who is no longer there. Even with the new rep, he rarely gets back with you.have have to go searching for him to get answers. It's like going to the DMV when you arrive there, you feel depressed since you know the service will be awful. It's sad that I look forward to falling out of warranty so I can go with a mobile service provider. Unfortunately, this is the only certified service provides.shame on WB for that!

Great selection of RV's and knowledgeable staff. You can spend hours walking through and learning about each type. They only sell vehicles, they do not rent.
