Every one I dealt with in the service department was most helpful and pleasant. The issue of concern is the waiting time to complete any service. In fairness to them, it seems to be the same at most RV dealers today.

Terrible service. Sales team seem to not care. Never even called us back. $$ driven. Not very courteous. Would never buy from them.

We were passing through the Mesa area on a long road trip and needed some warranty work done on our Winnebago micro mini. These guys were awesome. They not only got us in and out quickly but the customer service was great. We are back on the road. Thank you!

Super pushy and sales driven. If you just want to look at rigs and get some ideas of what you need, this isn't the place for it. You are escorted by a pushy salesman who expects you to know exactly what you want so he can get you into a rig right away.

Run as fast as you can from this dealer and consider yourself lucky if you get out of there not spending a single dime. Shady!

They sold me a used Class C with serious issues. One issue is that the cab over bunk has a leak. I asked the salesman what the stain was under the mattress and he said something must have been spilled. I believed him not realizing that it was indicative of a leak, which it still has and needs to be repaired. I believe it will be very costly to repair this issue, not sure yet. Also the 4K generator, had a fuel pump and filter that was almost completely clogged with gunk. The generator would start at the dealer, but when I got home it would only stay started for about 10-15 minutes and shut down. Luckily I was able to completely replace the fuel pump and filter at low cost and it now runs as expected. I despise the way some of these salesmen cheat people while acting like they are your friend, I don't need friends like that.

I attempted to call La Mesa after their reply was posted, I was told a manager would call me back.they have not called me back and probably do not intend to

I finally talked to a service manager like the owner response suggested, that person said there was nothing they would do for me because the 90 day warranty had passed. What a crock. Stay away from La Mesa, read other reviews on this crooked company.this place ranks up there with the worst of the worst used car salesmen.

I am happy they finally got us in to fix the vacuum toilet and because the manerger called the part was obtained and the vacu-flush was fixed but it still stays on too long and goes on by it self when no one is even near it. Needless to say we are having checked again at the dealer in Albuquerque also the awning has not worked properly since the first day we have had it looked at twice they say they ajusted it but it still drops on one side like the arm can't support it now they are telling us it is out of warranty! But it was never fixed in the first place. Let's see what Albuquerque says and does?
