I made an appt. 3 weeks ago. I showed up 20 minutes early. There were a lot of people all social distancing. I was nervous I was gonna be there a long time. However I checked in online and waited to be called. I was in and out in no time. The staff was friendly.

I am nervous when getting my blood drawn. The gentleman tech was so busy busting his butt yet he was super patient and kind with me and tried to distract me. He did a great job. Even let me choose which arm to poke.

I saw some people complaining about waiting but I have to wonder if they were walk-ins or something wasn't going right with paperwork. Wich is out of employees hands im sure. They were hustling trying to get everyone seen.

I'd recommend them

Very bad service. I arrived 1st & waited 2 hrs standing. No chairs available for waiting in hall. Many elderly & recent surgery patients need to sit. Narrow hall where 6 ft distance is non-existent. I cannot believe this place considers itself a medical related business! I honestly felt like I was not in the United States with their facility.

Ridiculously long waiting period and always over-crowded. Not enough chairs in the waiting area. Must be prepared to stand for long hours before being called.

I don’t usually put reviews in the past because i was thinking i will use Goodyear labcorb for my blood work but Unfortunately they were close. First, reception is not friendly at all. It’s just 9: 00 am of 08/21/20. She call names with no greetings of Good morning or Hi when you appear in the window. Second, I don’t know how many patient is schedule for an hour as line in the hallway is almost to the end of the corner. I give 2 stars because your lab tech was good in drawing blood my only concern is he brings in the blood he drawn next room to the room where i was. My suggestion they should put first the blood they collected where specimen should be before drawing blood to another patient to prevent mix up.thank you

I called their line and listened to their recording. They said they are open on Saturday from 630 to 3 and closed for lunch. Drove all the way down here and closed.they really need to update their phone line.smh

Slow skipping around person to person regardless of appointments unprofessional staff lazy staff & rude staff members a little bit of everything here world stay away if you want any type of professionalism

Extremely rude receptionist. Very impersonal and condescending. No kindness or sense of customer service. If they hate their job or are jaded maybe they should get a job that does not deal with people.

I have been dropped my 24 urine sample 2 times! And they said I didn’t! This is so frustrating because i am working and it’s difficult for me to collect urine for 24 hours! Last time i made an appointment because I didn’t want to happen again, and they did it again.

Took my mom to get blood work done today. Got here early enough for her to be third. Staff was on their game but the guy checking everyone in.eye rolls, sarcastic smiles, whatever attitude, but politely rude.really dude.no one wants to be here either but at least make the check in process a nice one

Horrible customer service my appointment was at 9: 45am was not taken back till 10: 30am whats the point of scheduling an appt.

The wait is beyond acceptable. The staff at the front desk are rude and not helpful or friendly. I won't get into the waiting area.

I got early, I checked in in there machines (because that how they do it now), 2 hours later they called me to tell me that they don't take my insurance (which 4 months ago they took it), she didn't know why they did take it the other times, she said sorry and give me some address for Sonora quest, she wasn't rude, and like I said she apologised, but why 2 hrs later, I requested the day off from work to come, and it's almost 11, without eating and wasted time in here.

Horrible environment. Rude staff and inefficient operations.

Huge waiting queue, regardless if one has an appt or not, be prepared to wait for 30-45 min.

If you have a choice, go somewhere else!

Secretary was impossibly rude! They push their stupid kiosk, but give no directions on its use, then put the blame on you when you use it incorrectly! Beware! 0 stars!

Disgusting service. Snobby attitude and sarcastic remarks, totally unwilling to help me as I’m experiencing a miscarriage and need blood work to re-confirm, absolutely disgusted with how I was treated. Should have seen the reviews and gone to Sonora quest! As I was leaving, the lady upfront suggested I go to Sonora sarcastically! I will next time!

Horrible service. No point in having a kiosk to check in when it doesn't do anything. Couldn't find the building, instructions should tell you it is in the IMS building when setting an appointment. Oh, but no need to do that because appointments don't matter

Every time I come, the service is horrible, the guy up front is VERY RUDE. SUPER SLOW! Horrible experience!

Horrible customer service! Employees act like they don't care and are rude. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally realized on my own that I could check in without their help. No signage to help with checkin process. They need to review their entire processes and procedures as well as provide customer service training.

Arrived at the location at 6: 50 in the morning location opened at 7: 00 I was the fifth person in line signed in on the paper and their kiosk. I did not get called back to have my blood drawn until 8: 55. The staff was very rude to every customer that came in. I will never go back to that location and if LabCorp was smart they'd figure out a way to revamp that location and get rid of the rude people.

I was never inform to check in on paper to waited one hour and halft and when i ask one off the staff members told me i was not here at that time almost 9 am now still waiting
