Awful customer service. One word questions with no eye contact and one lady rolling her eyes at me for asking a question. Employees all look like they are miserable. Please go somewhere else where they treat you like a person.

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. Checked in 945 apointment at 10.11 I ask how much longer. 1110 I had to leave I am diabetic and was fasting. When I told them I had to leave my blood sugar was to low the lady said I'm putting your info in now if you want to wait. I ask if they don't do apointments They make the apointment but do not to honer them. She ask oh do you have a appointment? YES AN HOUR AGO! She was rude the entire time. Why make apointments if they arent going to honner them.

Why bother making an appointment to come here if you’re going to have to wait 1.5 hours? The place is disgusting and filthy. The bathroom (as a place to collect urine specimens with a sterile container) is anything but sterile. Please review customer service policies with your staff as each of the three people I encountered were horribly rude and unprofessional.

The idiots that work the counter have no inkling of customer service. Straight poor customer service. You need to understand just because your idiot ass highlights a name and state you called it and im sitting right next to the window; however, i know my name. Its ridicolous. Straight idiots. He stated you know everyone waits an hour well why the hell make an appointment. I really cant stand when a man acts like a coward. Avoid this location at all cost. The phlebotomist was professional; however the individuals that work the counter are idiots.
