Lake Pleasant Regional Park reviews
33Can be a bit tough to drive to some of the spots due to the rocky slopes and the water level has been really low compared to last summer. All and all its a good little spot to go with the family though.
Great place to hike. My family and I decided to journey down the pipeline and yavapai trail. It was about 2 miles there and back. We had a great time and enjoyed the scenic views.
Scorpion bar and grill was excellent. I rated it a 3 because unless you have some kind of watercraft there is very little to do. I wanted to swim in the lake and there is very little access.
Holy cow amazing! We accidentally showed up on the wrong day, and they still let us take out a boat. It was gorgeous and we had an amazing day! Everyone was so very kind and we will absolutely be going back!
First time there and pretty impressed.lots of space to have fun in the water.boating jet ski swim etc.
Did not arrive in my vehicle. Did not purchase anything or show any form of identification. Somehow they had a way of getting enough information to send me this message. So which way DID they get my info? Credit card scan? Wallet scan as I walked around? Pretty slimy if you ask me.
Very nice little lake but watch our for the ticket happy sherif who loves to ticket people and educate them on boating laws.
Out of all the lakes in Arizona this one is definitely one of the busiest. My friends and I have nicknamed it the ocean because most days you can see whitecaps on the waves. It's still fun if you have a boat but waters can be a little rough for wake boarding depending on the day you go. As far as fishing it's a great spot. If you have four wheel drive and feel adventurous you can definitely get back into some great shots for shore fishing
Family loves to swim here and hiking is nice. I wish people would clean up their trash. Also make sure you always go the speed limit. There are lots of donkeys you have to look out for and you will get a ticket if you speed.
The water is very low and the shells dig into your feet quite uncomfortable but it is still a nice area
We are hooked on Lake Pleasant! Super Fun! Chillin in the sun on the lake in our boat. I recommend Lake Pleasant because it was sooooooooo pleasant! LOL
Fun place to spend time with friends and family. During the summer it's incredibly busy and full of people doing various water sports. This makes the visibility here not the greatest. Also, if going during the summer it's best to get here early to claim a spot as it gets quite crowded fast. During the winter, it's much more calm. Still a fun place to get out of the city, without having to go too far out!
Good place to get some water fun! Bit overcrowded sometimes but there is plenty of room to jet ski and boat. Definately bring a shade for sun coverage as well as some water shoes for the rocky entrance into the water.
